Where does it say in the Bible that the human soul is formed at the time of conception?

So Psalms & Jeremiah does not exist?

They no longer apply.

Religion no longer rules Medicine and the Law.

The 20th Century almost completely removed religion from secular society.

Modern laws no longer enforce church laws.

Is that why modern law's are failing, because they rely heavily now upon mans unruly teachings and/or his penniless understanding of things, and this being apart from God's law's and his teachings sought after throughout the world since the beginning ? Without God, man is nothing, and it has been proven time and time again and in so many ways that this is truth. Man has forsaken that which has given him breathe and has given him life yet again in history, and he has sought to become a god of men himself, but this has been proven time and time again to be a failure in the worlds history, so why go against the grain so much ? The bible tells of this very time period, and man's actions within it for which we all live, so why don't people read it and become amazed at how accurate it actually is ? Note that the bible/word that was delivered onto us is not time constrained, so don't try and date it in anyway or you will be fooling yourselves upon doing so.

Separation between civil and ecclesiastical laws is fundamental to Anglo-Saxon legal tradition--and thus to our Common Law. The alternative is not an acceptable one:

"You separate religion from your policies, contradicting the pure nature which affirms Absolute Authority to the Lord and your Creator. You flee from the embarrassing question posed to you: How is it possible for God the Almighty to create His creation, grant them power over all the creatures and land, grant them all the amenities of life, and then deny them that which they are most in need of: knowledge of the laws which govern their lives?"
-- Osama bin Laden; from 'Letter to America'
So even he saw the balance begin to shift in these things, wherefore the balance is becoming lost as man seeks to take the seat of God in this world, and for which he and another wants to now totally control.
Religion and 'god' are creations of man, devoid of objectivity, merit, and authority, having no place in determining public policy and governance; this is why the Framers wisely sought to prohibit the bane of religious dogma from poisoning the American Nation.
Your opinion, but it is wrong because religion that is brought about as a teaching mechanism for the learning about God/Christ is a good thing, and it has been woven into our American society since it's beginning. Only now is it attempted to be separated out by the likes of you and your ilk, but why ? What are you trying to gain in your stance on such matters that you are now creating in this nation ? Do you have to abolish religion and God in this nation in order to accomplish something else, and what is that something else that you and a few others are trying to accomplish now ?

You have proof of no such thing.

The world is one thing, but his creation that lives within it is another. He will not forsake his children, just as he expects us not to forsake ours also. Man is giving up everything now, and he is chasing after bad things anymore, but soon he shall learn the folly of his ways once again in history. There will be no use in claiming ignorance of these things, because all men shall be held accountable and shall stand acountable in the end to what they have done.

They did not know what a blastocyst was. It is unlikely that they knew much about any development up until it started moving under the mother's skin. They were primitive peoples, who did not apply the scientific method.

I've been looking at fake pictures of the fetus on religious extremist sites and was wondering where I might find the above question in scripture?

And when does a pancake become a pancake? An egg and flour have the potential to become a pancake, but it's not really a pancake. When you add all the ingredients of flour, milk, and eggs, it's still not a pancake....it's only batter. It becomes a pancake when the cook decides it's cooked and ready.

To say a fetus is human, is the same as calling the batter a pancake.

Sperm has the potential of creating a human life. A hair has the potential of creating a human life, given potential cloning techniques.

(I'm just pointing out the silliness of this argument)

A potential baby becomes a baby when and if the mother decides it so....when the fetus can live on it's own, right around the neighborhood of 7 months of gestation.

What proof do you have that they are fake pictures or that they are extremists?
A premature birth can survive at 24 weeks.
The baby is not fully formed at 6 months or even 7 months yet outside the womb they have a good survival rate. At 23 weeks it is 15%, 24 weeks 55% and 25 weeks about 80%

A 6 month fetus can sometimes survive, but there's a good chance it's going to be blind and mentally retarded and cerebral palsied and have myriad other health problems should extreme urgent care manage to make it live, and the reason that's a horror is because by forcing something not ready to be born to stay alive when it shouldn't, you're bringing pain and misery into the world, and that is an evil thing indeed.

Oh, and the reason I know they are extremist is because a baby doesn't walk or rub its eyes at 12 weeks.

So just murder the little infant because it isn't perfect.
Life is full of horrible, impossible choices and terrible situations. Conservatives do not care enough to mitigate the horrors of the world and make any of these hard choices any easier. On this issue they simply want to make bad situations much worse and then pat themselves on the back thinking the world is a better place.
Why do you lie like this? Conservatives have other solutions to help mitigate the horrors of the world; the left disagrees. In fact, they are so threatened by these possible solutions the lie (just has you have done here) about the intent of the people looking to solve these problems.

Killing live is so rarely a good solution that ethical people consider it the very last resort.

How crazy was old satan, to not have totally understood for whom it was that he had standing before him on that day or did he ? The offer explains it all, and of course the situation and refusal of such an offer tells us that it was not ole Beelzebub's time to be dealt with as of yet, but his time is coming fast so stay tuned.

Our government eh, as if it is not her government too ? You see this is the problem these days, otherwise the anti-Christ left seems to think that it now has a monopoly on the united states government, and upon the actions of the u.s. government in which is to almost always run in their favor now, but this will soon be changing as people have finally figured all of this out.

The people make up the government of this nation, and so there are many different wings attached to it. Now if a Christian supports the government in this nation, then that means that the government has enough religious character about itself, that it would draw upon that wing of support when needed, just as it does with any other wing that attaches itself to it as well.

Just a guess, but I would guess around 6.
That is the number of abortions you have had, have you never heard of condoms, or birth control?

So am I off, by a few or many? I figure I am guessing low.

All conservative "solutions" are punitive in nature, especially any "solution" to any problem a poor person might have. Make a law that punishes the poor for being poor then act as if the problem is solved, that's all you people have.

I had my tubes tied after my second child. The only person I've ever known personally to have an abortion, had 3, and she's a conservative christian. She's a member of the Baptist Church. We went to school together.

Abortion polls 2014 Do most Americans think most abortions should be illegal
The report claims that these numbers show most Americans think abortion should be illegal in all but a few cases:

U.S. Still Split on Abortion 47 Pro-Choice 46 Pro-Life

U.S. Still Split on Abortion: 47% Pro-Choice, 46% Pro-Life

And only the 47% voices should be heard while the 46% should remain silent.

This is not up for a vote. You don't get to vote away constitutional rights, or in this case the right to privacy.

Who said anything about voting?
Half of this nations voices should not be silenced that is unconstitutional

No one has been silenced, and no one will be silenced.
And that depends on when you think one is one.

The 47% pro choice attack and try to discredit the 46% pro life.
Evidence is right here in this thread.

Correction: It's the anti-choice vs pro-choice. You can't be pro-life if you're for the death penalty. :p

I don't feel I have ever attacked you. This is a debate forum.
Correct.

In fact everyone is pro-life.

The issue has nothing to do with the merits of abortion – a practice which clearly needs to end; rather, the conflict is how to best end the practice, where most on the right seek to 'ban' abortion, in violation of the Constitution, and to the detriment of individual liberty.

To defend the privacy rights of women is not to 'support' abortion, it's an effort to move the debate toward finding an actual, viable solution to the problem of abortion that comports with the Constitution and its case law.

True. No one is out having or throwing abortion parties/showers. I think we should start calling it what it is, "anti-choice vs pro-choice."

Abortion Clinics would not be if there was true faith. There is an evil undercurrent that society in America has that has made sex and pregnancy into an inconvenience rather than a holy miracle. If there is truly a problem with a pregnancy that is subject to possible negative health risks for the mother or child , medical procedures should be conducted in a hospital and not a place where life is treated like a fast food item.
