White House: Obama's $100 Million Africa Trip 'Great Bang for Our Buck'

It's quite simple. What trade agreement is obama coming back with? Any treaties? How about a peace agreement? If obama is doing his job, we should expect something for our 100 million dollars.

obama will give a speech or two to remind the Africans that he is half African. That's just for show, it massages his ego and gives some excuse for it being a state visit. There will be a photo or two of Big Moo lumbering around in some local dance and that will be the end of it.

What were the trade agreements that Bush and Clinton came back with when they visited Africa?

Where are all the jobs Obama sent overseas?

Egypt's new president says the US is an enemy. We helped to remove Libya's government and now it doesn't have one that's functioning.

How vital have they become?

You have to break a few eggs to make an omelet. When we topple one dictator, it strikes fear into the others so they work harder on what we want them to do.

a) Your

b) argument

c) is invalid.

And your argument that the president shouldn't take trips to other countries IS valid?

No, paying $100 million for them is. If he does go, he needs to pay for his vacations himself, like the rest of us do.

Umm...it's not a vacation, you fucking moron. And you'll have to show some proof other than the flailings of some wingnut that this OFFICIAL trip is costing $100 million

Lmao. I'm not that gullible. You just did so in your previous posts! Foreign policy? To Kenya?

Really?

Yeah. Foreign policy. Building relationships with other countries. It's part of any president's job. You're not too bright.

So, why Kenya, isn't it ironic his father is from Kenya? Explain to me what importance they exemplify to us? And why does it look more like a Family trip than a foray into "foreign relations"?

Christ on a crutch, it's like talking to a kitchen table.

Which countries has Obama built relationships with? Iran? Iraq? Afghanistan? North Korea? Germany? Israel?
We would do better if we kept him locked in a closet somewhere.

Maybe you should go back in your closet.

Bush gave em 46 million too, and Obama made cuts.
