Who Should Replace Eric Holder?

Liberal Media is really a frat boy at Auburn trying to discredit liberal womyn dykes.

The next AG will be appointed on the basis of personal loyalty to Obama vs competence in any field. This is how all dictators function.

Obviously, no one can really replace Eric Holder--much like President Obama, he's larger than life and cannot simply be replaced--so rather, who do you think should fill Holder's position as Attorney General? Faux News had a surprisingly good breakdown of potential names in the ring:

Five Candidates Who Could Replace AG Eric Holder Two Who Have Said No - Fox Nation

1.) Don Verrilli

Verrilli, who serves as the nation's solicitor general, is a longtime Obama aide thought to be well liked within both the Justice Department and the West Wing.

Verrilli earned his greatest national prominence when he argued on behalf of the Obama administration in the 2012 Supreme Court case challenging the constitutionality of ObamaCare. Although legal experts initially panned his performance, Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court's liberal bloc to uphold the vast majority of the law.

3.) Kamala Harris

California Attorney General Kamala Harris is widely considered as one of the Democratic Party's rising stars, and is expected to eventually seek either the governor's mansion or a U.S. Senate seat. A stint in Washington could help raise her profile for such a campaign, and she has prominent boosters on Capitol Hill — House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) among them.

I was quite happy to see Harris' name in particular on this list, as she sprung to mind immediately as being a great option.

Thoughts?

I would settle for anybody of any race, creed or color that would actually honor his sworn pledge to upheld the Constitution of the United States...and hold the President to the same pledge.

I'm not sure Obama knows any such person.

Seriously though, this shit is normal.

The abnormality is that he stayed as long as he did.

Yeah, thats not going to happen. I wrote, appointment in this administration requires loyalty above all. Obama wants the guy who will happily subvert laws to serve his agenda. Look for a little known little experienced player. Like Jack Lew.

As long as he/she legalizes pot, I don't care who they put in..
.

The last time I talked to Christine Gregoire, she was still excited about being a new Grandma but-----but if...
...three time Washington state Attorney General and
...Chairman of the National Governors Association and
...two time Governor Chris Gregoire chooses to get back into fray...
she'd be a great advocate for the law, for the constitution for women for minorities and-----and by the by Moonglow, Governor Gregoire tried to get the federal law changed to legalize marijuana.

.
YOu obviously have no clue how our government functions.
The AG has no authority to pass laws.
The AG is NOT an advocate.
The AG is never to be a tool of special interests or an advocate for any group or demographic.
Have you ever taken so much as a remedial civics course?

hahahaha you're kidding right?
Sure justice is supposed to be blind but-----but tell it to the 4.8 ideology driven Supremes, or tell it to Gonzo - if you can find him, he's been so thoroughly disappeared by the Republican Party, it makes me wonder if he's in a witness protection program somewhere?
But I don't think many, if any, Atty's General come to the job with a clean slate of impartiality, I'm sure many/most try-----try because they don't have the luxury of a lifetime appointment.

U.S. Attorney Jenny Durkan

BuzzFeed reports that some in Washington are pushing for Jenny Durkan, the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Washington, to replace Holder. Durkan would be the first out LGBT person in a Cabinet role if she became attorney general.

Earlier this month, Durkan announced she would step down from her current post at the end of September. She has stayed in the role longer than expected, telling The Seattle Times she had only expected to stick around for Obama's first term.

someone who actually has an interest in law enforcement, not just covering BO's backside and trying to persecute the opposition.

The nominee to replace Eric Holder as the US Attorney General could be announced today by the White House. Travis County, Texas District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg was named.
Although not a national figure or Federal Deputy Attorney General, Rosemary Lehmberg garnered national notoriety by engineering the indictment of Gov. Rick Perry.
Valarie Jarrett, special adviser to the president, worked with an ABA search committee to find a replacement for Holder. The committee exhausted several lists of recently disciplined and disbarred lawyers seeking a lawyer with similar professional ethics and standards as Holder without success. Turning to other available pools of possible candidates, five flushes resulted in Rosemary Lehmberg floating to the surface as the best available candidate for the position.
Harry Reid has stated that he will unilaterally change the senate rules to allow probation officers, correctional personnel, and Travis County Sheriffs Deputies testify as character witnesses. Harry also stated that if Rosemary should happen to be incarcerated for PI or DUI at the time of the Senate confirmation hearings, he would not hold the hearings in a correctional facility; however, he would allow the process to take place over the internet using "Make The Meeting" software provided, if necessary, by one of his crony capitalist.
Senator Warren praised the selection. She stated that Rosemary and she were sisters from the same Western Massachusetts Indian tribe - the Bolsheviks. Sarah Palin disapproved of the selection but did suggest that they liberally apply lipstick to her before her confirmation hearings. Senator Cruz stated that he would not attend the confirmation hearings unless Rosemary was put in restraints and fitted with a spit mask. Senator Schumer said he was pleased to throw his support to the first non-lesbian Attorney General. Vice President Slow Joe Biden was caught unawares by the nomination and confusedly stated that he was running for Vice President in 2016 and would not be available for the position.
When questioned, Rosemary stated that she felt blessed by Mother Gaia to be selected. She further stated that filling Eric's shoes would be a tall task but she had been prepared by years of understudy with her idol Ronnie Earle. In fact, she felt that Eric Holder was, in essence, a black Ronnie Earle. Rosemary did feel that she could do some things better to improve relations with Congress. She felt that a "beer summit" with Congressman Issa and Lois Lerner might have toned things down. Rosemary's emphasis on beer summits was based on her own experience, "Who can stay mad at another person after a case of beer?".
Rosemary felt that the confirmation hearings might be tough with the Republicans nit picking but she would approach the hearings with a few good belts and her head held high.

THIS is only a rumor!
