Yall like polls right? Check out these NEW poll numbers on Mediscam For All

UHC is coming, because the GOP abdicated themselves from solving the issue decades ago.

Everything else is just noise. The whining of incompetents and their parroting rubes.

The other side to Medicare for all is the access and quality of care. You can't just add in the number of uninsured with the number of people who can't afford to use the insurance they have and the number of illegal immigrants too, without affecting access and the quality of care. And if you're going to limit the payments to providers and facilities to keep the costs down, then you are incentivizing some providers to leave the profession and disincentivizing applicants into the field in the future.

Y'all like polls, right?

Nearly three-quarters of employed Americans (73%) say the healthcare system is "in a state of crisis" or "has major problems" in Gallup's most recent survey. There is little difference between American workers' attitudes on the healthcare system and the overall U.S. public, among which 71% say the system is "in a state of crisis" or "has major problems."

Americans Still Hold Dim View of U.S. Healthcare System
But were you an honest poster, you would have pointed out that they are largely satisfied with the healthcare they are receiving and even with the cost. There was never any reason to overhaul the whole system.

Lucid Democrats know that you don't want a government monopoly on health care.

Expand the current Medicare / Medicare Advantage / Medicare Supplement system to all.

A public foundation with dynamic and innovative free market competition.
.
Cover the indigent and leave everyone else alone.

Problem solved
Alone...as in with no coverage.
Nice

How do Americans feel about ‘Medicare-for-all’? This poll tells us

Medicare for all is VERY popular. There are "concerns" mostly because of Republican hyperbole and lies

And oh yea...Medicare for all is only ONE idea out there. There are MANY ways...that would be a lot easier to implement like a Medicare Buy In

Medicare for All Loses Momentum Among Democrats

Rut Roh!

Democrat talking points are being shunned as the pie in the sky bullshit they are.
The Democrats say Medicare-for-All would cost $32 trillion over ten years.

We are currently spending $3.5 trillion (and climbing) each year for health care.

Now here's the hard part: What is $3.5 trillion/year times ten years?

Let's stop spending money for illegal aliens. Encourage more people to work and pay for their own healthcare. The tax burden is ridiculous. Any new programs from the left means that those of us who pay will pay even more. How about more people carry the load?

If we took control of our borders, we would save billions immediately. Make people go through legal entry and they would likely be ones who are willing to come and work so they could help carry the burden instead of making it heavier.

Obamacare sucked up to Big Pharma, who raised prices. More competition lowers prices. Government control over things has proven to raise prices and limit availability for all. Government took over student loans and the cost of college tuition immediately started to skyrocket. Government took over mortgage loans with Freddie and Fannie and it ended in a housing bubble bursting. Same thing going on due to Obamacare.

Handing government more control is never the answer. It is the problem.

Allowing more private companies to compete across state lines and not tying it to employers is key. Look at the way auto and home insurance gets cheaper and offers more. Same would have happened with health insurers and hospitals had government not got involved. Before insurance, people just had to pay their way. Insurance was created for catastrophic illness or injury. Government thought it should cover every little thing and that is when prices started going way up. Now people don't think they should have to buy a bottle of Tylenol out of their own pockets.

Get government out of it altogether if you want things to improve. Otherwise, we are looking at doled out care and denial of many treatments.

Sad that so many have been lured by promises of free shit. It never ends well.

That poll is over a month old. Now that real news about the costs and implications are being revealed the numbers have declined drastically.

If it were real news, they would talk abut how much it would save.

You have been duped. No surprise there.

Are you sure about that 3.5 trillion number?

I mean we spend 4.4 trillion. If 3.5 trillion is for Health care and 700 billion is for the military,
are you suggesting that we are running the rest of the government on just 200 billion dollars?

I want real Medicare for all, not Single Payer. An expansion of the current overall system.

You're so emotional and narcissistic that you don't even know who "you people" are.

Grow up.
