Trump did virtually nothing regarding distribution.

Between Dec 20th 2020 and Jan 20 2021 distribution was chaotic and inefficient. Biden got it DONE

4 years ago, he was busy calling Trump a racist for trying to limit the number of people arriving from China.
Trump was a racist because he was targeting Chinese folks period.
