But if they claim to believe and join with you as allies and later betray you, then you have to kill them as traitors. But you still have to leave them in peace if they offer it.

Second is that could justify a police presence, but not the hundreds of Jews worshipers who are specifically banned by treaty from entering the Temple Mount.
