No, he is not above the law. A president has certain Constitutional authorities that no one else in the world has. Just because you hate him, does not mean he committed crimes.

As not-President he specifically waved around documents he said are highly classified.

His people testified that and it's on tape, there is little reason to believe jury would find your claims credible.

He even had another case in NY whiich came out of the blue, which is now "paused". Optics have been horrible.. No. A Grand Jury is a judicial finding that the prosecutor has prima facia evidence to support the charges.

It makes no determination of the validity of that evidence or of guilt or innocence.
