A simple question for Trump fans: Is Trump above the law?

Another one avoids the question. Good stuff.
/-------/ Asked and answered.
No, he is not above the law. A president has certain Constitutional authorities that no one else in the world has. Just because you hate him, does not mean he committed crimes.

In early June, the DOJ and FBI asked my legal representatives to put an extra lock on the door leading to the place where boxes were stored in Mar-a-Lago - We Agreed,' the ex-president wrote.

no Trump isnt above the law ... but he isnt below the law either .. for 7 yrs the left has been desperately trying to find and fabricate crimes [investigating the man ] and even attempted to destroy his presidency with illegal warrants based on fabricated evidence and hearsay ... so dont blame people for being skeptical about whats going on today .. Tump isnt below the law .. and neither is the Big Guy .

So Trump was brazenly refusing to return highly classified gov documents and obstructing investigation because....the left?

The left tricked him into being a crazy, self absorbed idiot?

That's seriously how it's filed away in your head?

Is Biden?
He did the exact same thing.
So your question should read: Is Biden and Trump above the law"
Ask the right question, and you will get an answer.
Here’s an analogy to show Mac’s (and all the other deranged liberals) biased approach to this:

Let’s say two people break or otherwise enter a home:

1) The first one is black, breaks a window, steals the expensive jewelry, and then fences it all for $50,000.

2) The second one is a white, who used to live in the house and has the key. He uses it to go and retrieve a switchplate he wants, and then keeps it in his home.

The libs go after the white guy, and keep asking people to admit that what whitey did was wrong - and ignoring the burglar who fenced the jewelry.

Trump refused to return highly classified gov documents, obstructed efforts to collect them and then obstructed investigation.

Can you show where Pence and Biden did such crazy shit?

There are clear self-inflicted reasons why he got indicted and it has nothing to do with his physical appearance.

What a Jackwad.
What a douchebag.
A proper analogy is that Biden robbed a bank, and after more than a decade, gave the money back. Should he face bank robbery charges?
NO, it isn't.
When the offense is DISCOVERED, and how the offender reacts to the offense, is the correct analogy.
YOUR BS........................ is just BS.

Your dear leader found out being an asshole, has repercussions.

All that argument does is show a case for additional charges.

No but nor is he below it there should not be one standard for him and another for everyone else. You switch the name Trump out for any other politican Democrat or Republican with the charges against him and ask yourself would the results be what we currently have if we are being honest we know the odds are extermely great it would not be. In fact there would likely be no charges at all.

Trump, as PRESIDENT, could DECLASSIFY ANY DOCUMENTS THAT HE WANTED TO!!!!!!!!
THE END!!!!!!!!!!

Get real, plenty of document spillage but the only time serious charges are filed is when there is obvious malice in play.

Pence got cleared under the same DOJ that has indicted Trump.

You are arguing the government is inept and unable to track or even know where classified documents are at any given time.

That is at best an argument for a complete deep cleaning of the government and that would include those who were a part of the administrations that would allow this to happen.

And that is exactly why most INDEPENDENTS don't support the indictment.

Leftists are in big trouble and it seems they're finally waking up to it.
Well,.I will reserve judgement until the evidence has been shown. The problem again is that this has been repeated multiple times. He even had another case in NY whiich came out of the blue, which is now "paused". Optics have been horrible.. If he commits a crime, charge him (and any other politician who commits a crime, takes bribes etc). Otherwise, is the 24/7 full court press aganst him good for America and her reputation?

I see someone was born yesterday.

Presidents and other officials returning gov documents they shouldn't have is a routine occurrence and Trump would not be indicted on this if he would simply co-operate with Archives from the start.

It doesn't matter.

Well, that's a new one.
Yes, it doesn't matter even if he is a serial killer. The optics are that it is and has been political. Maybe if a few other well known politicians faced sinilar treatment we could say otherwise but since they haven't then facts don't matter in the court of public opinion. Don't believe me? Go to BBC videos et al on this announcement and read the comments. That is a left wing source and people are speaking out in support of Trump. The whole "Russia, Russia* deceit pushed by Hillary and friends probably.caused as much damage to Americas reputation as any event in history.

Isn't that what the indictment by the grand jury of his peers did?

No. A Grand Jury is a judicial finding that the prosecutor has prima facia evidence to support the charges.

It makes no determination of the validity of that evidence or of guilt or innocence.
