Hello from pinch us Blue, if you are in a Red State! In some exchanges, the premiums are so low that people cannot qualify for the ACA subsidy! The ACA Exchanges have worked a lot better than was estimated! End of GOP cost-cutting alternatives, options.

CNN: No Obamacare subsidy for some low-income Americans - CNN.com

Now we have sit around and and wait for the Arabs to raise the oil prices, to get a decent COLA raise, from Social Security! Times Was, that doctors were the answer--to more problems than anyone really ever knew much about. The insurance plans had something to blame that no one would(?)!

Liberals did this! Cost-cutting has actually happened, and mostly it is all their fault!

(Maybe Tribal Option, even better plan: At locations offering different kind of lucky numbers, combination(?)!)

The get to pay more for insurance, and still don't get a subsidy, and you think that is good news.

Listening, I have trouble with some of the stats, but substandard plans are not good for any American.

"substandard" > no plan

Jake snorts the ObamaCare Koolaid right out of the can

6MM people have no health insurance BECAUSE of Jake and his ObamaCare

It's a pandemic

This dumbshit did not even read it's own article.

I am here to tell you that MANY low income people are not getting the help they need.

So why did 6MM get dropped and not sign up for ObamaCare?

Hmmm?

I see Chris still drops his little turds and then runs for the hills like a scared rabbit.

And says "be afraid"

Who gets to say what is substandard ?

And how might that be applicable across 310,000,000 people ?

That's all the leftard activist job requires of them... drop the turd and run.

Their handlers have told them they're too stupid to debate. They want them to keep their mouth shut.

Problem for our little resident leftards is, they look stupid already just dropping these pathetic commie propaganda pieces. They don't have to say anything else.

The end result of a NYS sign up is equivalent to existing coverage and premiums but the conditions of subsidies and when they apply (per month or a tax return at year's end, which would be an insurmountable financial nightmare) are unclear.
We really won't know the details, which may be a hair raiser, until the Federal database is interfacing with the State web-sites.

If the Individual Market is so "dysfunctional," that it doesn't work, and people go without health insurance--then even as reported, mainly the people complaining about premium increases are rich, healthy people. That had more or less been expected.

It had also been expected that younger people would sign up later, and that older people--in need of a health plan--would sign up first. That has happened in California. The MediCaid expansion has been a large part of the people signing up first, possibly less healthy--and more desperate.

The surprise is that some of the plans are so cheap! The federal government will likely mount a campaign to sign up younger people. And likely they will be surprised!

(Engineer Mulholland opened LA Aqueduct in San Fernando Valley! "There it is. . .Take it!" he said. He meant if you lived forty miles away, nowhere near the LA Aqueduct! Vision of strange grandfather, more strange that usual(?)! A founding director of San Fernando Valley Walnut Grower's Association, would bring lawsuit. Within Months, San Fernando Valley, part of City of Los Angeles, with same water rights, instead! Los Angeles now wonderful place, now with daily visionary(?). . .air! Hmmmm!)

Didn't you start this thread with a story about poor people not getting the promised subsidies? Want to explain how another broken promise means that Obamacare is working better than expected? Or is the problem that the wrong people were expecting?

Translation of the OP:

ObamaCare depends upon young people who have minimal needs for health care to vastly overpay for coverage in order to subsidize the relatively older and poorer. ObamaCare specifies that policies for the old and sick cannot be more than 3X the amount for the young and healthy. The math is rigged in order to jack up the policies for the young and healthy, while denying most of them subsidies.

The income redistribution must flow...
