Er...elections don't preclude tyranny, genius. You can elect a tyrant. Obviously, you don't realize he's a tyrant when he's elected. Just because he's elected doesn't mean you have to tolerate tyranny, jackass. And we are obligated to move against tyranny. Have you ever read the Declaration?

An election is consent of the governed in a constitutional democratic-republic.
That pretty much puts to the lie your garbage about tyranny, and how we are obligated to endure it if we elected the tyrant.
