Anger as Republicans block bill to help military veterans exposed to toxins

How many times does it have to be shown to you that this bill ONLY pertains to "just the vets"?
Bull shit, there is other spending that doesn't relate to the vets

Nope. Not according to the VFW...and not if you read both versions of the bill (also posted on this thread over and over)

Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Penn.) said on the Senate floor that he didn’t support the bill because it would create $400 billion in unrelated spending, which he called a “budgetary gimmick.”

Thanks for your opinion, duly noted. :rolleyes-41:

Sadly, Bills like this gets packed with a bunch of nonsense and kills a good Bill.
And yet you or any others has been able to provide "this bunch of nonsense."
You and the RW talking points are just that.
Talking points and empty shells.

Show us the PORK Meister
Or be a COWARD and don't.

Your choice.
The word of Toomey and Cruz means NOTHING, unless you can show the PORK.

Yes idiot...the version that passed the senate 84-16 and the version that 25 GOP Senators changed their vote on.

Both versions are essentially the same...read the VFW report on it. There is ZERO pork in it
Such is the blind partisan right – defend Republicans at all costs, no matter how wrong and reprehensible.
