Another Walmart closes...

This time East Saint Louis Illinois.

They're sick and tired of being stolen from.

The community complains "oh, woe is me...now we're in a food desert..."

You had a fucking Walmart!

If you want to blame someone for your food desert...blame the thieves.

Not a single word in the story about theft being the problem.

These people never learn. Just the other day some progressive lefty claimed it was car manufacturers fault that catalytic converters were so easy to steal, not the thieves fault for stealing them.

You've heard the phrase "You reap what you sow"?

Well, HellMart has given nothing but pain, suffering, agony, poor wages, and abuse to their employees.
They've also deprived millions of Americans from starting their own businesses, as well as putting other
legacy businesses OUT of business.

Now they are reaping what they've sowed all these many years.

I hope they fucking go out of business. I would be a very happy camper if that happens!!
Why do you hate poor people having access to cheap food?

Along with Walmart,

"Whole Foods closed in Chicago earlier this year, along with CVS, Aldi and Save A Lot. In 2019, Target closed two stores, angering residents. Chains like Dollar General and Family Dollar are expanding in low-income areas, but they don’t sell fresh groceries."

Seems like we are at the point where these companies will stop pretending that they can run a successful business in these shitholes and stop trying. And hopefully the local governments will stop being swayed (however that happens) by these big corporations to let them set up shop. The only thing that happens is these big chains drop in, run smaller local businesses off, fail, and pull up roots and leave the community with nothing.

Good! The sooner these places burn to the ground, the better.
