Are cops simply over worked or are they simply cowards?

All across this country, inner city communities struggle with violence, gun shootings, robberies, etc..and never do you hear of cops coming into these communities, shoot a bad guy and save someone's life....never hear the shit, ever.....

They don't venture into these tough rough areas because of two things....the black men have guns, will fight back and will not hesitate to shoot a cop...

It ever occur to you that might be why cops are so trigger happy these days? I don't know what you do for a living, tiger, but would YOU want a job knowing a loaded gun was pointed at you all day?

What do inner city communities want to happen ? What would need to happen in order to call a truce?

We never hear about the good stuff cops do. Ever. That's not the cops fault, though. Actually, we should never hear about cops doing good things, because that's their job and their suppose to do good things.

It ever occur to you that might be why cops are so trigger happy these days? I don't know what you do for a living, tiger, but would YOU want a job knowing a loaded gun was pointed at you all day? they only seem to get trigger happy with blacks....and sadly, I've yet to see as in these video's dead negro's with guns meant for cops....just sayin....and honestly when you get to a point where killing a mf is your only option, cause yous tired of the nigga bs....maybe, just maybe its time to look for another job.

Law abiding citizens don't have a problem with cops. So I wonder what the problem could possibly be?

People like you who make statements like that IS the problem.

Tulsa Officer Charged with Manslaughter for Killing Terence Crutcher
September 22, 2016 @ 4:58 PM by Jonathan Blanks

Late Thursday afternoon, the Tulsa County, Oklahoma district attorney announced that he filed a charge of first-degree manslaughter against Officer Betty Shelby for fatally shooting Terence Crutcher.

The shooting has garnered national attention as it was captured on both dashcam and police helicopter film. Despite the video evidence, the case is hardly open-and-shut win for the prosecution here. The law is generally on the side of the police officers, as I explained earlier this week at Timeline:

Despite repeated public outcry in highly publicized cases like this one, data shows that police officers are in factvery rarely charged or successfully prosecuted for on-duty shootings or other uses of force. According to aWashington Post investigation, between 2005 and 2015, just 54 officers were prosecuted for shootings. Assuming that the almost 1,000 police shooting deaths recorded in 2015 wasn’t a statistical outlier, that’s 54 cases out of nearly 10,000 fatal shootings.

[…]

Put simply, a fearful police officer is a very dangerous one. If he can articulate a plausible narrative that he believed he or his life was in danger — often involving the suspect making a “sudden” or “furtive movement,” or “reaching for his waistband” as if for a gun — any lack of actual danger or dangerous weapon is not relevant to the officer’s legal culpability.

The prosecutor apparently feels confident that he can win or, perhaps, that the political consequences of a tried and failed prosecution outweigh not bringing charges at all. As the nation saw in the trials of the officers who killed Freddie Gray in Baltimore, simply bringing charges is no guarantee of a conviction.

We’ll keep an eye on this case, as well as the developing stories in Charlotte-Mecklenburg, North Carolina.

You can read the whole Timeline piece here.

All across this country, inner city communities struggle with violence, gun shootings, robberies, etc..and never do you hear of cops coming into these communities, shoot a bad guy and save someone's life....never hear the shit, ever.....They do however show up after a few bodies are thrown about.....only to do a half ass investigation of sorts.....but this is what I've noticed lately, they all seem to want to show up in massive numbers when there's a lone person, void of any real weapons and black. I am here by contending that cops are basic cowards, not more braver than the plumber down the street, their neighbor. We gotta stop thinking a cops uniform somehow renders you this brave virtuous being who up holds the law and serves the public with a smile and and and will kill the bad guy when called upon....in essence they are human beings subject to cowering behind a loaded gun when even the perception of danger is present...those are the attributes of cowards...who perceive danger in people of color without any rational presence of evidence. Over and over and over again, its alwaygs a lone black guy who these cops are killing...that act speaks volume of the nature of most cops.

They don't venture into these tough rough areas because of two things....the black men have guns, will fight back and will not hesitate to shoot a cop....coward are aware of this and seek innocent unarmed black targets instead....I mean the proof is out there.
Well, when you need help call the plumber down the street. Problem solved.
And when they need a paycheck, call your white ass.....I'll keep my tax dollars for myself!!

I so agree with you, how dare anybody point out FACTS AND GET AWAY WITH IT, FOR SHAME!!

The cops shouldn't bother coming at all.
Save a life, call AAA instead!! Fuck the cops
I'm sure there's some neighborhoods they won't come to.
Yeah, where people are willing to take a bullet but also give a bullet.....like I said, ya gotta be a unarmed nigga for a cop to pop off.
AAA is white people insurance. It's for white people and blacks who have embraced white culture and don't live in the ghettos. You'll never see an AAA response to Harlem.

Girl, you are so behind the times...Harlem is about as white as you are, as I've said a zillion times, you white mf's need to get with the 21st century.

It's extremely tough on these cops dealing with blacks, it makes them jaded.

I myself know this even though I'm not a cop. I've lived and worked with blacks and I will never do it again.

I'm not a girl and I'm not white, Aunt Jemima.

You choose not to have them as your brothers ... but, given the proliferation of black-on-black crime, I'm not sure you'd live long enough to worry about it.
I worried much more about feral inbred white cops way more than any of my Black brothers.

Well, since you aren't going to call the cops, you aren't going to have to worry about that any more, are you? I figure you're good for about 15 minutes.
No. White cops are everywhere. My next trip to the store could result in a cop trying to kill me.

Why don't you start a petition to have the police removed from your neighborhood?

New slogan ---- No Police! We'll Handle It Ourselves!

Truth is --- you don't believe a word you're saying, and neither do I.
Why would I do that? White people dont care what Black people want.

Yes we handle it ourselves.

What you believe or dont believe is none of my business. I am just educating you against your will.
You're not very pretty when you whine ...
