Are the McMichaels victims of a biased media?

The fact that you can hear them say "hey, we want to talk to you" indicates that Aubrey had no reason to believe they intended to harm him.

No, this was an angry black dude, pissed off that whitey caught him trespassing and he reacted out of racist anger.

I do not think ahmaud placed much value on his life anyway...ever since the NFL rejected him he really had nothing to live for.

Got involved in crime had mental problems and thus had no future....he knew that.....thus he was bound to wind up in jail or get killed....those being the primary prognostications for his future.

In the video that shows a previous confrontation he had with the police you can see his anger and aggressiveness on full display.

You can also see how he really looked....the media just like in the Trayvon Martin case posted the best touched up photos they could find of him to try and make him look as best they could.
In a nutshell his real personna was one of a wild animal that needed to be caged and if he had been where he should have been instead of being out on probation he would have lived longer.

And it's total rubbish. WE all know it, including you.

I didn’t write Georgia Laws. The charge that you face for trying to stop someone illegally. That is without legal justification is attempted false imprisonment. They didn’t create this charge out of thin air. It’s been on the books for decades.

In Georgia we don’t have a Brandishing Statute. We just dump that into Aggravated Assault.

Now. You may think it sounds stupid. But the laws in Georgia and the precedents that define them have been on the books for a long assed time.

For example. Winn Dixie v. Nichols is the decision from the early 1990’s that defined who could effect a citizens arrest under what circumstances. Nobody has challenged this. It was on the books when Clinton was President playing hide the salami with Monica.

The penalty for a false citizens arrest is facing your own felony charge. That means it is a bet your life move.

Holding a firearm is now an offense or justifies an attack by others?

Actually. Yes.

The Aggravated Assault Law says that the person who holds the gun. The weapon. Well it isn’t their intentions that matter. It is how the others feel. If I am holding a gun. And you feel I am doing so in a threatening manner. You would be justified in attacking me in self defense.

It is similar to the laws on armed robbery. The bad guy doesn’t need to have a weapon to commit armed robbery. The clerk just has to believe that he had one.

The robber may only have an object. Say a wallet in ish pocket held in his hand. But if the clerk believes it is a gun. It’s armed robbery.

Or are you going to argue we should consider bank robbers burglars if they don’t break out the weapon for inspection?

Young black man, jogging alone and unarmed in Georgia, followed three white thugs in pick up trucks trying to cut him off and even hitting him…saying they “just want to talk”. That sure sounds safe and friendly.

Thugs? Mac Sr. --30 yrs in Law Enforcement

Mac Jr. retired from Coast Guard Career

Roddey.....just a neighbor

Ahmaud Arbery....convicted criminal on probation with a documented mental problem of having hallucinations.

Seen on video in a house where he had no business to be.

Which of the above is most likely to be a thug?

The three idiots committing multiple felonies.

So you say....yet there is no evidence for what you claim....at least cite the citizens arrest law in Georgia that existed in the early 90's

Just the law please....not pages and pages of legalese....thank you

The ones that acted like thugs.

Why is it that young black men who only compose approx. 2.5 percent of the total pop. committ over half of all murders in America?

Why is it that black thugs in Chicago kill more blacks in 6 months than the kkk did in its entire existence?

You have no proof of a citizens arrest because there was no citizens arrest....you know it....I know it....yet you pretend like there was. Why?

Incoherent rubbish

Why is it illegal for a black man to go jogging?

Why did you not try to answer my questions.....instead you post something entirely irrelevant and nonsensical as no one has said that?
Your questions have nothing to do with the topic. Apparently black men can’t enjoy jogging without being accosted by white thugs clumsily attempting a “citizens arrest.”

If it was so dangerous....why was he jogging in a white community to visit a construction site where he had no business?

He has sort of a dazed look about him in the video as he pokes about the house....maybe he was having a hallucination.....very bizarre to say the least.

Oh ...Ok ...now you switch to 'attempted to make a citizens arrest'....how did they do that? Did they try to put on handcuffs? Did they grab him and try to hold him? Did they throw a lasso around him?

Please tell this board exactly how they attempted to make a a citizens arrest?

There were a whole lot of people in and out of the site. Apparently, you only get accosted by the white thugs if you are black.

Ask them. That is their defense claim.
