The judge didn't go by AZ law pertaining to election irregularities. It simply states the procedures, but he ignored. Why ?

Arizona law and court precedence pertaining to their law ...states you can not overturn the results of the citizens vote, on mere irregularities. You not only have to prove the irregularity was intentional malfeasance, but that the results of the election would be flipped, with actual evidence proving such.

Hearsay, or just believing it would or speculation it would or the likelihood it would flip the winner is NOT ENOUGH, to change the certified results of the citizen's vote in an election....

That is election law in all 50 states too.....

The judge said it was not in his realm of court where punishment for any irregularity would come, he only is responsible for the law suit, on the two items in the Lake lawsuit that his court was hearing.

The reason Kari's lawyers are possibly being sanctioned is because the lawsuit was dead in the water under Arizona law, without physical evidence of fraud, and then the fraud could be proven to physically show that the election results were changed enough to flip the results of the election....and Arizona law states this burden is all on the plaintiff to prove.

Kari Lake's Team, never had the evidence to prove fraud, nor that the election results WOULD BE flipped, (NOT....COULD BE FLIPPED), with the proven fraud or intentional irregularity.

Her lawyers obviously came for a circus, since they came without the things they knew they needed ....to even pursue the suit, under Arizona law.

Honestly, read the preface of the judge's ruling, where he goes in to all of the Arizona legislated election law and precedent, that he HAS TO ABIDE BY.

Please post the law that REQUIRES ballots to be counted at the local election cite.

Having listened to the full trial and read some of the direct court documents, now where did it show that under AZ law that ballots are required to be tabulated at the local precinct. They can - sure. But there is nothing barring the transportation of ballots the local tabulators are not reading or provisional ballots that can be cured to the central office.

And not, transporting ballots with with documented receipts to count those ballots does nto break chain of custody.

There seems to be a misunderstanding about why the judge is ruling the way he's ruling IN THIS CASE ... this is because he has to rule the same way he did in the LAST CASE ... very likely, this ruling goes back to the 19th Century and the first time this kind of a case was filed in an Arizona court ... it's called court precedent ... or "common law" if you like ...
