So, yeah, well, they CAN'T. They can't federalize it back in Washington right after the SCOTUS just UN-federalized it! Maybe a few states might choose that, but I think that is a mistake, there must always be exceptions. The SCOTUS put it in the hands of the States now, so the only way they could do that would be with a GOP majority in ALL 50 states.
