Biden Campaign Plans Rallies, Op-Eds, TV Ads to Demand Mass Murder of American Babies.
The Joe Biden campaign plans to put abortion "at the forefront of its reelection campaign," vowing to "restore" Roe v. Wade and the "reproductive freedom"thenationalpulse.com
It is a states rights issue. Wasnt that determined By SCOTUS? Why should California care what Texas does?
Blue states now have WAY LAXER abortion laws.
Dodd ruled that abortion was a state issue and not protected as a constitutional right.
R4epublicans are the ones who want to endanger women's lives.
It is not a states' rights issue. The Supreme Court got it wrong. It is about the human right to control your own body.
Abortion will be a major issue in 2024. Republicans want to use the Comstock Act to implement a nationwide ban on abortions. They want to ban drugs that are used for abortions. They want to pry into women's private lives. States want to sp-y on women who cross state lines because they might be getting an abortion. That has nothing to do with states' rights.
We're well aware of what those "cookies" do to your perception of reality. That's precisely why I do.
You should come over here to reality occasionally. We have cookies.
Abortion is the Uberright - the right to which all others others subordinate.Democrats always want to talk about abortion. The issues affecting Americans don't matter them.
The left is lying. The right to an abortion hasn't been taken away. It simply has been determined to be a state issue.Abortion is the Uberright - the right to which all others others subordinate.
Irony:
They yell and scream about a woman's absolute right to autonomy over her body, while simultaneously whining and crying over the loss of Roe v Wade, which directly and literally holds a woman does not have an absolute right to autonomy over her body.
A unique blend of insanity and ignorance, that.
And how does that prevent the Federal gvt from passing a law?Dodd ruled that abortion was a state issue and not protected as a constitutional right.
Abortion is not a federal issue as decided by Dodd. And how does that prevent the Federal gvt from passing a law?
They held it was was not a fundamental Constitutional right. That does not preclude the COngress from passing legislation.Abortion is not a federal issue as decided by Dodd.
Uh, yeah it does. Congress has no right regarding abortions. That right falls to the states under the 10th Amendment. Try reading it!They held it was was not a fundamental Constitutional right. That does not preclude the COngress from passing legislation.
BackatchaUh, yeah it does. Congress has no right regarding abortions. That right falls to the states under the 10th Amendment. Try reading it!
And it overturned Roe which said the opposite.Dodd ruled that abortion was a state issue and not protected as a constitutional right.
if the constitution does not give the federal government the power to do something, that power lies with the states. And how does that prevent the Federal gvt from passing a law?
