They sent the crack into black neighbors because that was where the buyers were. You know how the black community could have prevented this? By not buying and smoking crack. For the black community, the ghetto-gangsta culture of the 21st century has been more destructive than the crack of the 1980’s. Black people do this to themselves.

The black community will never be better off if they don’t man-up and take responsibility for themselves. Don’t smoke crack, don’t do crime, be the member of society that you want to have as a neighbor.

You could get 100 million trillion dollars in reparations and it wouldn’t improve the state of the black community because you do it to yourself.
