This is ADP and BLM over the last 13 months. This is the biggest, but there have been some big differences. In the end though for 2021 the two sources were within less than 8% of each other.

ADP had a big December number that the Jobs report didn’t reflect. Jobs report was revised way up and now they are both aligned. Jobs report has been running behind ADP all year so I’d suggest it’s a catch-up. Just a guess.
