Blue Wave Hits Oklahoma! Many Republican Casualties!

The wave so far has been the amount of excuses the GOP has made for their consistent string of electoral defeats since Trump won.

how many is that exactly? out of how many there were?

Quite a few. You're on the internet. Look it up.

My guess is that you won't "see" any.
.

The teachers union is pretty strong in Oklahoma but Florida republicans did pretty well. DeSantis went from being 7 points behind until Trump's endorsement when he won by a stunning 20 points. Democrats had a close race and finally came up with a Sanders socialist. Trump stayed out of the Arizona race but it seems that republicans picked the best candidate. You can expect democrats to try to smear Martha McSalley simply because she is a woman.

I have no fking idea what you're referring to, so I can't look up what I don't know. So educate us, I'm aware of the senate race in Georgia. give the number of wins for the dems and the number for the gop. why are you so opposed of backing up your fking post? you know your post is a lie. that's why.

Six more incumbent Republican state House members in Oklahoma lost their jobs Tuesday, and all six voted against a tax hike used to fund a teacher pay raise.

The tax hike on fuel, cigarettes and energy production was used to pay for an average teacher pay raise of $6,100 annually, the first salary increase in a decade. But 19 House Republicans voted against it, and many of them are paying for it at the ballot box.

Of the 19 House Republicans who voted against the tax hike, eight have now been defeated. Seven others decided not to run. Only four have advanced to the general election.

Incumbent representatives who lost Tuesday are: Reps. Bobby Cleveland, Jeff Coody, Travis Dunlap, George Faught, Mike Ritze and Tess Teague, according to complete but unofficial results.

Somebody doesn’t know the difference between a primary and a general election

the better question for him I guess would be to name the winners from the dems that beat the GOP'ers.

?

I think you must mean DEMs...not the GOP.

Other than Connor Lamb, who denounced Pelosi and DIDN'T denounce Trump...in fact said this instead...

During the campaign, Lamb did express support for Trump’s plan to apply stiff tariffs on imported steel and aluminum. He also told The Atlantic, "We need the office of the presidency to succeed if we’re gonna make any progress on these issues," when asked what he thought of Trump.

Did Conor Lamb say very nice things about President Trump?

...and Alabama, where Trump backed Luther Strange would have won handily...what special elections have the Dems won?

Isn't that the only races they have won? Out of seven or eight?

I understand your confusion...the way the overtly biased Mainstream American Media tries so hard to spin liberal losses into wins...but the fact is, it is liberals that have failed to produce wins in Special Elections, not the GOP.

These are Primaries...they were beaten by other Republicans.

Oklahoma is one of the Reddest states in the Union.

There isn't enough blue there to form a mud puddle, much less a wave.

United States presidential election in Oklahoma, 2016 - Wikipedia

You see, in order to get a blue wave...you need to start with some blue. Do you see any blue? I don't see any blue.

Wake up Synth...you're suffering from a TDS induced delusion.
I was waiting for this and knew it would come soon.

The Blue Wave isn’t just about Democratic candidates, it’s about Progressive ideals and policies.

These Republicans won because they embraced higher teacher pay (progressive policy) and higher taxes to pay for it (progressive policy).

When do Republicans ever advocate for higher taxes? Never. It’s the Blue Wave.

Thanks for playing, and GO CUBS!!! :)

BS.

Trump won Missouri by nearly 20 points.

On the same 2016 ballot, Missourians overwhelmingly voted to renew a sales tax funding State Parks and Soil & Water conservation. It was 80% for, 20% against.

If voting for taxes to improve state funded environmentalism, a Democrat championed cause, portended a blue wave, shouldn't Hillary have won Missouri? Shouldn't Kander have beaten Blunt in the Senate? That didn't happen.

P.S. - Cards rule. ;)
