If Mueller continues this witch hunt it will hurt himself more than he knows...he should end it with whatever decency he has left.....

Excerpt:
"The federal judge hearing the case against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort pressed Justice Department lawyers on Friday to explain why they think they did not exceed the scope of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russia meddling, and openly wondered if their real goal was to squeeze Manafort to get to President Trump.
“You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort’s bank fraud ... You really care about getting information Mr. Manafort can give you that would reflect on Mr. Trump and lead to his prosecution or impeachment,” said U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III."

Again? This is the beginning of the end of the Mueller witch hunt...this judge read these one sided prosecutors the riot act...they have two weeks to turn over what congress has been demanding for 3 months...Bye Bye Rosenstein! Bye Bye Comey the clown...
How many times has the end of the investigation started?
If Mueller continues this witch hunt it will hurt himself more than he knows...he should end it with whatever decency he has left.....
THAT is your only comment? That is completely wrong. IN fact-- get this -- Rosenstein is the one person on the planet with this authority, given that Sessions recused himself.ROSENSTEIN SHOULD BE IMPEACHED FOR ABUSING HIS POWER. HE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO BROADEN MUELLER'S SCOPE OF THE INVESTIGATION.
falling apart for the left?Federal judge accuses Mueller's team of 'lying,' trying to target Trump
WASHINGTON – A federal judge on Friday harshly rebuked Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team during a hearing for ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort – suggesting they lied about the scope of the investigation, are seeking “unfettered power” and are more interested in bringing down the president.
“You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort,” U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III told Mueller’s team. “You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump and an impeachment, or whatever.”

It is all falling apart for the Left, to quickly, to soon, to far away from the midterms.
I know it, you know it, they know it!
It is virtually over, but on here since they can change handles so easily, they have to pretend they still have a case, lolololol!
This judge said:
"You don't really care about Mr. Manafort's bank fraud," District Judge T.S. Ellis said to prosecutor Michael Dreeben, at times losing his temper. Ellis said prosecutors were interested in Manafort because of his potential to provide material that would lead to Trump's "prosecution or impeachment," Ellis said.
Were they "not interested in it to further our core effort to get Trump," Ellis said, mimicking a prosecutor in the case.
So, you just ignore the crimes of Trump's campaign manager? who worked for free?
Rosenstein authorized the scope of probe.
(since when does a investigator not care about bank fraud)
This judge has every right to see all relevant information classified or not as he is a federal district court judge with a security clearance. Me thinks this just blew up in dim wits faces and they cant see it..Mueller is above the Judge. lolMy side is the law.LOLIt's a kick to watch conservative snowflakes act like they know the law.![]()
The IG gave the goods on McCabe. The Judge basically said what we've been saying all along. Judicial Watch has the other goods that need to be brought into investigation. Not to mention the Full IG report is not out nor the investigation of the FISA warrants from a prosecuter with the DOJ. Mueller isn't up against amateurs...............And your side just got smacked in the face today whether you like it or not.
McCabe is the focus of another thread, not this one.
The Judge has a right to his opinion, but he must follow the law, and if he does not, Mueller will ensure that he does.
My god you are snow balling out of control.............The Judge can make rulings......it's his courtroom not Mueller.....If they don't agree they can appeal.......and then continue up the food chain to the Supreme Court.
Mueller isn't a God.......which is what you are shouting to the high heavens........his associates are under Hack right now........and the Judge just bitch slapped them.
And they were all charges he was CLEARED OF over a decade ago..falling apart for the left?Federal judge accuses Mueller's team of 'lying,' trying to target Trump

Manafort is mainly prosecuted for crimes he is alleged in doing over a DECADE AGO!
It's a drumhead, dudmuck!
"The judge clearly showed that they had EXCEEDED THIER LEGAL MANDATE PRIOR to Rosenstine widening it" is the silliest statement of the day. Rosenstein's letter is legal and will guide the judge. If the judge rules against it, the ruling will be appealed and overturned within a week at the most.

"One of the most frequent questions about Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein circles around his decision to reauthorize the FISA Title-1 surveillance warrant used against Carter Page and by extension the Trump campaign. In this outline we take the timeline and overlay new information that helps to understand what was going on:
"
- Why did Rosenstein renew that sketchy FISA warrant July 18th, 2017?
- Why did Mueller request clarity two weeks later on August 2nd, 2017?"

It is possible that Mueller and Rosenstein were not given all the facts from the CORRUPT FBI units involved in the investigation PRIOR to Mueller's arrival to take over the investigation. But the August 2, 2017 clarity request indicate that Mueller is concerned about the FBI corruption might damage his own investigation.
Something happened between July 19 to August 2, that prompted Mueller to make that request.
Something smells.
This investigation has now officially been exposed by a sitting jurist for what it is. Political hack job.Unfreaking real. Awesome development.

"That's what you're really interested in," said Ellis, who was appointed by President Ronald Reagan.
He repeated his suspicion several times in the hour-long court hearing."
