Arrogant ignorance. The Dunning-Kruger Effect in all its orange glory.
“ those people” were not what was being discussed in my post.
Well, yes. After they broke into the building and completely overran it.They were standing with the police having a conversation with them. The police told them they would work with them.
Uh…because the people in question were over charged ,railroaded and their defense team denied exculpatory evidence that would have exonerated them.Ok, so we have some people that walked around peacefully and some that broke in and attacked police.
What is your point? Why does that matter?
They clearly indicated they were there to stop the certification.Sure it was.
The police let them in.Well, yes. After they broke into the building and completely overran it.
The police wanted to work with them to get them out. At that point, the police were outnumbered and overwhelmed and too afraid to use any force against them.
But the police were definitely telling them that they needed to leave. The claim they didn’t know they weren’t supposed to be there is absolutely absurd on every level.
By taking selfies inside the capitol building? They clearly indicated they were there to stop the certification.
The police let them in.
Uh…because the people in question were over charged ,railroaded and their defense team denied exculpatory evidence that would have exonerated them.
The defendants have access to this video and it’s not exculpatory.Uh…because the people in question were over charged ,railroaded and their defense team denied exculpatory evidence that would have exonerated them.
Where’s that video? Tucker hasn’t shown it. Surely he would have if that were true. The police let them in.
The QAnon Shaman’s previous lawyer has already offered to testify as a witness for his new defense team. I’m sure several law suits will follow. DOJ prosecutors need to be held accountable also.If that is the case then their lawyers have an open and shut case to get them released and a really nice settlement from whatever jurisdiction did that to them.
Do you know the people in your video? Do you know for sure they were all arrested and found guilty?
First hint is they showed up just as Congress was meeting to certify the election.By taking selfies inside the capitol building?
Nonsense.First hint is they showed up just as Congress was meeting to certify the election.
Second hint is they overwhelmed the police by force and broke into the Capitol.
Third hint is that’s what the rioters were saying they were there for.
Explain.Nonsense.
They did not. Per statements by a lawyer involved in the case. The defendants have access to this video and it’s not exculpatory.

Check the times between the two events to see if it was, as you claim, the same time. Can you explain why this was going on outside while the cops were giving tours inside?
You people keep microscoping on specific elements of this to make it make sense but the problem is, none of it made sense.
It was a very fluid snd chaotic situation from the rally to the Capital steps to the inside of the building. There were hundreds of people, all with different reasons for being there and all of them reacting to things around them.
It was simply too large, too chaotic, too many conflicting factors and intentions, too many things going on with too many people to just simply say “Deadly insurrection. Hang ‘em”.
They did not. Per statements by a lawyer involved in the case.
