What the problem is...is the FUCKING HIGH RENTS here in Cali. Just last november before the the camp fire in Paradise...a 1 bedroom was going for 650 to 700 per month in Yuba City. Now? 1150 and up for a one bedroom. A two bedroom will go for 1250 to 1400 per month. For a fucking ONE bedroom. Who the hell can afford that????

Until rent control takes place and the horrific prices are stemmed...homelessness will keep on keeping on.

Bubonic Plague comes from rats...not a couple of rats...or a thousand rats....it comes from a massive infestation of rats...when the mosquitoes get active in the spring and summer it will spread from cross infection...skeeter bites infected rat and then bites man...its rare because many times the bite will kill the biter...but when people are grouped closely to one another a mosquito can bite multiple people before it dies....

My advise...stay out of Downtown Los Angeles and use bug repellent....
