Personal responsibility is a must and we shouldn't make it easier for rapist to rape and get away! HOWEVER, we shouldn't make it extremely hard for a man who is falsely accused to clear his name and defend himself.

The feminist won't admit it, but there are many more false accusations of rape then they want to admit. An innocent man going away for a long time for a crime he didn't commit is nearly as bad as the crime of rape.

This law will lead to many innocent men being convicted or forced into bad plea deals!

This law also goes against one of the strongest principals of our criminal law system that this country was founded on - innocent until proven guilty. This law requires the ACCUSED the burden of proving the victim consented. If he can't fulfill that burden then he is guilty. Basically it makes the accused guilt until proven innocent.

I've read of a few instances where guys produced video evidence of the sex act that they had recorded surreptitiously and the charge against them was dropped immediately.

Recording your entire sexual encounter needs to be Standard Operating Procedure, just like cops having dash cams.

Secondly, after the you're cleared of the false allegation you can send the video clip to the woman's parents as revenge or release it to the public.
