Nope. I think there could be a special place in the depth of hell for people who harm people that way. Certainly those guilty of grooming should be allowed no access to any child by ANY means. And those who actually assault or abuse children should go to jail and the key thrown away.

Good people speak out, even SCREAM out their protest and do what they can do to stop all who prey on kids in the home, on the internet, in the school yard, subject children to soft porn, sexually explicit, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate 'entertainment' and images, etc., who deliberately harms a child in ANY way. And that includes strong resistance to those who would sneak any such content or sexually oriented material into school curriculum other than basic sex ed for older kids and biology that we all grew up with.

But nobody should be subjected to defamation, i.e. accused of illegal crimes, on a public message board. And that means the guy you despise, hold in the most disgusted contempt, may even want to punch out if you could, is treated the same as everybody else is treated however galling that may be.

We should not be accusing each other of crimes punishable by law on an open forum on a message board or anywhere else. Slander and libel laws were written to protect people from such malicious accusations.

Mods have disclosed personal information on the board that they learned about other posters off board and nothing happened to them. So there is another rule you all don’t follow.
