But the fact he caught the disease, shows his philosophy on masks was wrong.
He had the most extensive wall around him to prevent COVID. Everyone who came into contact was tested. His doctors did everything they could.
But Trump flaunted wearing masks in crowds and around his staff. He said the scientists were wrong about many things.
Trump was wrong. Will Trump learn from this? Will his followers learn from this?

The covid virus has to find a new host every 12 days.
If you wear masks, you ensure there is always a fresh new host for the virus to keep around essentially forever.
If you don't wear masks and for the young and healthy to get infected as soon as possible, then there are no new hosts left, and the virus dies.
That protects the vulnerable, so you get the least number of total deaths if only the vulnerable wear masks, and no one else.
And if you get infected, it improves your immune system so that you are less likely to get future more deadly strains.
