Cell Phones... evryone in America carries a camera around with them that can share photos 24 hrs a day.

Right. But it doesn't mean they should share them or even take them. in the first place. Maybe if we didn't protect people with revenge porn laws they'd think twice. Don't get me wrong if you were videoed without your consent in a compromising position that should be a crime. If they try to extort you for money or more sex that should be extortion.

If a judge or a persecutor drops the charges against you, how does that equal "weaseling out"? I don't get it.

That happens when the persecutor admits he doesn't have the evidence to convict you and/or the judge makes a similar ruling that there isn't a case.
