Before Cohen even walked into the Chamber to testify, the self admitted / convicted Perjurer who has already lied to Congress once had intentionally violated House Rules in an a successful attempt to prevent Republicans / Committee members from reading his testimony and preparing for the hearing. From the start he was disrespecting and attempting to 'play' the same Congress to whom he has already lied:

"Lo and behold, we didn't get Mr. Cohen's statement till 11:00 p.m. last night and didn't receive any of the 'evidence' until this morning."

He added: "Today's hearing is in explicit violation of the rules. It should be postponed immediately."



The Democrats, who had reportedly helped SCRIPT Cohen's testimony he was giving would not allow the delay to ensure the ploy to prevent Republicans from preparing for his pre-scripted testimony.
