Contempt is Earned and Trump has earned it in spades

What does Trump require justification for?

Just curious.

I guess that's your call. He has been found guilty of so many lies and misrepresentations that earned him so much contempt from the people, You pick any ones you want to try to explain his way out of them.

He has?

Which ones?

And which people?

I guess Fox didn't get around to mentioning all his bizarrely silly behavior. You might want to start with him firing the head of the FBI to slow down the investigation of him and his campaign.

How is that a lie or misrepresentation?

He first tried to blame it on Sessions and Rosenstein. before he accidentally admitted he would have fired him no matter what recommendation he got. Later he said it was Spicer's fault that Trump was caught lying.
The press used his memo as a basis to his reasons for firing Comey.
He never told anyone what was on his mind.

You're an idiot letting the press lead you around by the nose.

In all seriousness, Trump doesn't have to tell anyone why he fired Comey. He has the authority to do it for whatever Fucking Reason He Chooses.

Calling out all Straw Men!

Facts are difficult to ignore.

a review of all White House explanations for why Trump decided to fire Comey actually reveals repeated instances of incorrect information, including in written form, and a number of basic contradictions, including:

  • The initial White House statement said Trump acted based on the recommendations from Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, but Trump himself told NBC on Thursday that he had already decided to fire Comey before meeting with them.
  • Mike Pence told reporters on Capitol Hill that the firing was not about the Russia investigations, but Trump told NBC he had the investigation in mind when he decided to fire Comey.
  • Kellyanne Conway said Comey’s firing had “zero to do” with the Russia investigation, but the White House timeline released the same day said that after watching Comey’s testimony about the Russia investigation, Trump was “strongly inclined” to remove him.
  • Sean Spicer said that the decision originated from Rosenstein, but Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Trump had already made the decision.
  • After Spicer, Conway, Pence, and Sanders provided Rosenstein’s letter as a key reason for, if not the entire basis of, Trump’s decision to fire Comey, Sanders said “I don’t think there was ever an attempt to pin the decision on the Deputy Attorney General.”
  • The White House’s use of Rosenstein’s letter as the reason Trump decided to fire Comey reportedly led Rosenstein to threaten to resign
Here is a timeline of all the explanations the White House has offered since Trump fired Comey: A comprehensive timeline of all the conflicting explanations for Comey’s firing

His Memo that he wrote explaining why he fired Comey? I wonder why they might have used that?

Hate to tell you this, but you've been had.

  • Rosenstein never threatened to resign.
  • The press used the letter as a reason. The White House said that Trump simply asked for a recommendation from Rosenstein.
  • The Russian investigation wasn't the reason Trump was firing him.
  • Trump decided months ago to fire Comey but needed to put his people in place to make the decision.
  • Sean Spicer may have said the decision originated from Rosenstein but that wasn't the case.
  • The press has been making up stories about this that Comey asked for more funding.....LIE
  • The press claims that an increase in assets being used on the investigation means they're on to something......LIE

That was a firing letter. It wasn't the full explanation. It was all the explanation he was about to give Comey.

The Trump Law Firm
Concerning the Certified letter.. Today, the letter was released.

1) It comes from the law firm of Morgan Lewis Bockius, which was named Russia law firm of the year for 2016.

2) The letter is dated March 8, 2017, more than two months ago.

3) It says that Trump's tax lawyers have reviewed Trump's tax returns for the past ten years and that they show no income from Russia, with "few exceptions."

4) It then lists exceptions amounting to scores of millions of dollars.

5) It notes that Trump is the sole or principal owner of more than 500 entities including LLCs and S-Corporations that flow their income up to him.

6) It claims that the tax returns "do not reflect Russian assets or debt owed to Russian lenders" without noting whether such assets or debts would be listed as such on those tax returns (they wouldn't).

7) It does not contain attestations that Trump has "no ties to Russia."

8) It acknowledges that that some Trump brand neckties, mattresses, wine, etc. may have been sold to Russians. Russian ties!

9) It does not appear to have been sent by certified mail.

Accidentally? How do you know? Who said so? Sounds more like he was dotting I's and crossing T's. That he was going to fire him anyway is certainly in the realm of the probable.

Who said that he said it was Spicer's fault?

Yeah....well fuck you dickhead.
Your problem is you think everything Trump does is evil. Trump has broken no laws. Comey wouldn't even say Trump was even under investigation much less a suspect in any crimes.
However, you probably believed Obama's every word, even though most of it turned out to be a lie.

The point here is Comey was fired for blocking several investigations. One of them was the Hillary email scandal. Another is that he was blocking any investigations into all of the leaks that have been going on in the NSA and the CIA, not to mention all of the leaks from the White House. This Russian scandal is nothing but a red-herring being used to De-legitimize the Trump Administration. Comey has been keeping it going for 7 months until the Democrats can badger the Republicans into assigning some silly independent prosecutor to investigate an imaginary crime. Comey thought keeping it going with no probable cause would save his job. That's why the Dems are so pissed Trump fired him. He was protecting alot of Democrats from being indicted on criminal conspiracy charges.

Shrug.

I for one am tired of the current niggardly use of the English language.

Let it flow.

Now black folks never did jive much on President Turmp...

But you're use of "spades" is racist and you should immediately be banned.
Black folks only give White Democrats a pass because they feel they might give them something.
Trump is a Republican so most blacks that don't like Trump hate him because he's white......even though Trump has been in the public eye for decades and never been known as a racist.

Considering what democrats are doing and have done since the election Trump is doing a phenomenally magnificent job. All democrats have is to yammer about how they kept Trump from fully functioning, how much they lie about what he does. What they cannot do is make their obstructions his fault.
"Trump is doing a phenomenally magnificent job." At being a complete ass, almost starting world war three, and committing obstruction of justice, for which he will be impeached. LOL He's a buffoon.
