Blacks commit 50%+ of all homicides. Whites commit about 30% of homicides. Ninety percent of black victims were killed by a black. 82% of white victims were killed by a white. Even if the populations were the same, that makes blacks far more likely to be killed by a black than a white is by a white.

I'm not drawing any conclusion from that, but you're ignoring the data because it doesn't fit your script
