Debt-free college: Where the 2020 presidential candidates stand

Being a valuable worker is good. However a growing percentage of employers don't recognize their good workers. In fact they seek to undermine them.. an employee has to do their homework and be very careful of these hacks.

Well even if you have a shitty job (and I've had them) you always conduct yourself as if it's the best paying job in town. Why? Because references are everything in the working world.

I'm a musician and years ago I recorded a couple of songs. One of the lyrics I wrote was "the road you leave is the road you make." It applies to the working world more than anything.

Free shit for your vote. Except its not free and someone has to pay. The loons, answer tax the rich out of prosperity and then work your way down until everyone is equally miserable and dependent on the benevolence of the Government. Democratic socialism.
It’s not free

It’s deciding how we spend our general revenue. Should we help the people or should you spend on a military deployed tens of thousand of miles away?

It’s all about priorities
How about we not spend it on anything and let the people keep their money.

I think kids today are resilient and hard working. American parents raise hard working kids.

Damn you're a simpleton....

It is the classic “guns vs butter” economic paradigm

Look it up

No thanks.
Where we keep a military presence is far more complicated than guns and butter.
You leftist are known for your short sightedness.

Good workers are always on the lookout for for a better job situation. Ready to walk away asap. No mercy.
Employers look at employees as commodities not long term investments
Employees have gotten the word and make their money when they can and then move on

I had the extreme pleasure of walking off of three different jobs in my corporate days. I gave no notice on two as the prospective employer asked that I report quickly. I never did personally inform my boss in those instances. It was awesome. I always had a better job secured first though.

It is a case of priorities

Do we spend our revenue on public resources, education, healthcare, infrastructure or do we spend on having a military that is eight times more powerful than the next strongest country?

We all know where our priorities lie

6 miles....3x per week. Not that hard. If people stayed in shape and avoided fast food health care would be alit more reasonably priced.

Always easier to get a job when you already have one

Yes they live at home yet. But why is this so bad? They are working right? Perhaps saving. Both good. I see it as not a bad thing. What else do we want them to do?

Houses, cars, health insurance, heat, power, all pricey. ,35 grand while fair isn't a ton of money.

You said they were hard working. Living at home requires no responsibility. They should grow up and get out!

Get out and do what? On 35 grand a year it would be tough. If they live at home for a few years they can save and not go into debt.

Very few people go to work and expect to make a "ton" of money. People go to work to support themselves and perhaps raise a family.

Very few people get rich working for somebody else.

Houses? Apartments rent for about $700 a month.

Cars? Unless you drive a brand new sports car, payments shouldn't be that much.

Heath insurance? Paid out of the salary.

Heat/power? Less than $100 a month.

Yes, it is a ton of money for someone with such low expenses that they have.

No it doesn’t

Look at the social services Europe provides because our military protects them.

I got an idea!
Let’s build a wall!
