Yes, I have had some bad tenants; show me a landlord that hasn't. But my tenants today are great people. I'm very happy with them, and they are very happy with me. They are more than tenants, they are my neighbors and friends as well. I hope they are with me until the day I die.

You see, I have a full-time job. I work more than 40 hours a week, but being a landlord is an additional job. It's one of the reasons I get so irritated by those who don't work and just sit home living off my tax dollars. They are younger than me, healthier than me, and cry how they don't have any opportunity in life.

I also find the people that complain the most about not making enough money are those who never did what I did, and that is invest your money instead of spending it on every new cell phone, big screen, satellite system, and toy that comes out. It's also why I believe that every American regardless what race, gender or religion has the exact same opportunities that I did. My problem is I didn't start young enough. But then again, unlike liberals, I only blame myself for that.

The American way and capitalism is the notion that the more you work, the more you should earn. If you spend a good portion of your adult life (the best years of your life) getting an education, you should do better than "live comfortably." You should be living very, very well.

If you work year after year, save every dime you can, give up everything you can to start a business, you should also be doing much better than the average working stiff.
