Do blue collar workers, still, think Trump is for the working common person?

A good leader makes decisons on what is best for the business and their employees.
A bad leader treats employees like they are a piece of equipment.
Good leaders have proven to lead the most successful businesses in the long run.
Bad leaders get a profit surge with long term negative results.

If you want to have a case study check out GE under Jack Welch.

Yes and sometimes those decisions require having to let people go only the truly stupid believe otherwise.

Says you and you are wrong...

He goes, ‘Donald Trump and Mark Cuban don’t go to people’s houses and have dinner. Are you kidding me?’” Cuban recalled. “That’s who he is. When we talked about … [his political] ground game: ‘I got all these religious people who are gonna do the work for me.’”

Stewart suggested that the Trump Organization owner has run his own family business as a “monarch” for so long, that his routine dismissal of checks and balances in the White House might not even stem from “malevolence” — but from how he’s always operated in the past.

Agreed.
Unskilled managers cut employees too quickly and to much, many times because it is one of the quickest and easiest ways to cut costs.

Our business is a consulting agency that provide functions needed to do business on Amazon, content creation, SEO, and the biggest analytics of the Amazon data bases.

Our skill level is one reason they bring us in, instead of permanent employees, but the other is they can get rid of us quicker and easier than employees.

I have been in the middle and understand it all. Some deal with employment levels efficiently and some do it in very stupid ways.

And sometimes they do it because the problems are obvious and so is the solution. When you know what the problem is and the solution is best to get it done holding off and delaying changes nothing and doesn’t make it easier.

Heard on the radio today a majority of Union members will vote Trump.
Of course, the union bosses won’t. Because they’re bought, but reality is reality.

If anyone get's joy for having to let people go, they are disgusting. It has to be done but it is always tough.
Trump's conversation with Musk showed Trump being revengeful and joyful for firing people who ask for more money and threaten to go on strike.
Bad leader.

No what is showed was Trump understands that difficult decisions like that have to made sometimes and he respects people that do it. If Dorsey and the previous leadership at Twitter as it was then called had not run the company like a daycare for adults these cuts might not have been necessary.

All of that shit turns right back around and hurts people. Just look at the blue states who have total democratic control. They have the most income inequality, the most social injustice, and the most homelessness. All of these policies that sound so good don't work out as intended.
Thats why the bottom ten states in health care, education, child mortality, and poverty are overwhelmingly MAGA.

Even Texas which is an economic powerhouse, is far below where it should be on these.

Absolutely not.
He enjoys firing people. It shows his power over them. His comment to Musk showed pleasure in firing an employee if they tried to stand up to him.
Trump like firing people so much, he had a TV show where he fiored many people each week.

You are a pathetic Trump excuse maker minion.

You’re incredibly stupid and a far left partisan hack who either doesn’t understand the real world or pretends they don’t. When you challenge your boss it is highly likely it ends badly for you. The
Apprentice was a reality show that was not actual reality everyone who signed up knew it was not real. Trump saying you’re fired at the end of the show is no different than Jeff Probst saying the tribe has spoken on Survivor or Julie Chen Moonves saying you have been evicted from the Big Brother house. Now go back to kissing that far left ass that you do so well at.
