No they didn't. They didn't file the lawsuit until after the Biden victory. Even if the Pa. SC upholds the opinion of the Republicans on the lower court, that will not invalidate any 2020 ballot or make the vote in 2020 illegal.

The judge ruled it was an illegal voting process. Illegal (fraudulent) votes should be thrown out.

The whole stolen election was too close to the DOJ for them to really investigate it. In fact, if this was a trial the DOJ would have to recuse themselves on a conflict of interest. And that's how this investigation turned into a cover up for the DOJ.

The courts said nothing about the ballots whatsoever. The Pa. SC has yet to weigh in on the case. Even if the SC uphold the decision, the mail in ballots will not be invalidated.

The current administration won't allow it to happen. And are currently trying to pass new voting laws to insulate themselves for the next election so they can make it easier to win, and if the new rules aren't passed they will say they were cheated if they lose despite saying all of last year the 2020 elections weren't illegitimate and we're safe.

They won't let their own get in trouble. Even the border Biden and Harris won't go there or do anything, but when newsomm gets pulled into a recall election they both haul ass to California to campaign for him.
