The government considered them classified, but they were not labeled as such, which means that the government would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Clinton knew she was talking about classified information. That wasn’t going to be easy under the best of circumstances and is a very easy defense for Clinton making charges much more difficult to support.

You don’t have any idea when the cell phones were destroyed. Seems like that would be something pretty relevant to know before you demand she be charged for it. Youre running away because you know that you’re over your skis and this is the only way for you to avoid further embarrassment.
