A federal jury acquitted a cybersecurity lawyer Tuesday in the first trial of special counsel John Durham's investigation the 12 jurors voted unanimously to find Mr. Sussmann not guilty.

After all, if you go through jury selection, voir dire, the defense is gonna know stuff about those chosen and not-chosen, as will the prosecution.
