I get that we do not have a super majority. I also get that a super majority is not needed. Democrats taught us that.

A new pro-democrat judge, Ginsburg would retire and you'd have 2 pro-democrat judges.
A significant tax increase to pay for the socialist government and all its services to the illegal-migrants.
Companies NOT returning to the US and more leaving.
More Sanctuary Cities and possibly more Sanctuary States.
The Supreme Court (the highest court in the land) already ruled on abortion: Roe vs Wade. By your user-name, you are male. If someone "you" know, gets pregnant, you can address abortion with them. If someone you don't know gets pregnant, it's none of your business, unless of course, you are openly willing to personally take in all those unwanted babies, otherwise, shut up. Oh yeah, almost all of Planned Parenthood's funding goes to fund family services that have NOTHING to do with abortion. Do some independent research.
Democracies are messy and the law requires a 60% majority to make significant changes. The alternative is a Totalitarian, oppressive government. While that would make the far-left happy (if in their favor), it's not a government we want or need.

You omitted the fact that Trump has placed over 100 conservatives judges at the district and appellate level.

Of course, anything one President and Congress does can be undone by a later one, but the fact remains that Trump has slashed regulations, has given us a rock solid Supreme Court justice, has given us historic tax reform, is causing hundreds of billions of American dollars parked overseas to come back to America, has put the EPA on a short leash, has repealed the Obamacare mandate, has ordered the IRS to process tax returns even if they don't answer the Obamacare question, has reversed Obama's transgender edict to schools, and much more.

And, although I am not happy with the budget deal, it does include a lot of positive things and does not include refunding the Obamacare subsidies.

Depends on who the Democrat is, but I will go third party really quickly, if enough of us have the balls to shun the two big parties, then we might see change, until then, more empty promises.
