Gas prices: Biden's or Trump's

Have you figured out yet you gave Trump credit for Obama's lower gas prices?
gas prices were higher on average under obama then trump…gas prices were higher on average under obama then bush as well

and obviously we got this historic rising prices under xiden with no end in sight

bottom line, dems equal higher cost

it certainly has an impact, but during the trump years we were energy independent and it had less of an impact, then before…xiden ended that though so now we are totally beholden
Do you know how the RWNJ media determined we were "energy independent"? Exports exceeded imports. If we were actually energy independent" why were we importing at all?

You need proof that the oil cartel known as OPEC controls oil prices?

Seriously?
YES! Just because YOU say so? What pomposity! Get proof because frankly you are a liar!

OPEC vs. the United States: Who Controls Oil Prices?

Until the mid-20th century, the United States was the largest producer of oil and controlled oil prices. The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries(OPEC) then took over, ruling the oil markets and oil prices in the years that followed.

However, with the discovery of shale oil in the U.S. and advances in drilling techniques, the U.S. has since re-emerged as a top energy producer. In this article, we explore the historical battle between OPEC and the U.S. to control oil prices and how world events have influenced that struggle.
  • As of 2018, OPEC member countries held 79.4% of the world's proven oil reserves and produced about 40% of the world's oil output.12
  • However, the U.S. was the world's largest oil-producing country in 2019 with nearly 19.5 million barrels per day.3
  • Although OPEC still has the ability to drive prices, the U.S. has limited the cartel's pricing power by ramping up production whenever OPEC cuts its output.

Now that is the Proof and more importantly YOU are not only wrong but a liar!

What do you imagine those pics prove? Are you claiming the property owners deliberately set fire to their plan and equipment?
Accidents happen.
People's well water are catching fire, causing headaches, nausea and cancer, because of fracking nearby.
The fracking companies insert their waste water deep in the earth causing earthquakes.

I would say both. Gas prices went up in response to unrest following the Taliban retaking power in Afghanistan, in which both have blame

Where does that say OPEC doesn't control oil prices?

We weren't then either.
Sure we were...we didn't "need" to import anything if we didn't want to. We were in fact a net exported as well...in 2019 (under Trump) for the first time since the 50s, we produced more then we were consuming of energy.
