True... He's actually in a good position for impeachment right now (or will soon be).

Once he's no longer president he can be indicted by the southern district of New York court. (United States of America VS Michael Cohen).

Michael Cohen implicated Trump in the hush money scheme. So it's Trump's word (4229 false or misleading claims in 558 days) against Cohen's word.
Two possibilities here:

• Michael Cohen (the RAT) is a liar and goes to jail a very long time
• Michael Cohen is proven not to have lied... jail time is reduced. Trump ends up in state court.

It's a pretty sad situation for the entire country regardless of who you voted for.

Mueller will likely ask for a retrial for Manafort's 10 mistrial cases (8 convictions/10 mistrial). Talk about draining the swamp ... sheesh.... !

Paying off women in the context of an election campaign is.

And you must realize that Mueller referred the case to the eastern court of Virginia because the elements that Manafort was being tried on had no bearing on the Russia investigation. Manafort will appear in DC court in September for items relevant to the Russia investigation.
