States rights is the correct system that produces progress and winners

The red line shows that the US manufacturing sector has been declining since after WW2. It went from about 30% of the US jobs to about 8% of US jobs. To his credit Trump is working hard to bring back good paying manufacturing jobs, even though the cheap labor costs over seas is tough to compete with.
