Mueller was more than an “investigator”. He was a special counsel who had legal authority to prosecute. Obviously this is true given he prosecuted a half dozen people and indicted dozens more.
Mueller admitted he didn’t have evidence to support conspiracy and coordination. That was part 1 of the report. The second part was obstruction.
Last I heard, firing a prosecutor investigating you was considered corrupt.

And he didn't prosecute Trump. End of story. Now I hear they are on the verge of throwing out the case against Flynn as well. When you have authority to fire that prosecutor on the grounds of conflict of interest in exchange for another fairer one, that isn't corruption, that is called trying to get a fair trial.

And he didn't prosecute Trump. End of story. Now I hear they are on the verge of throwing out the case against Flynn as well. There was no conflict of interest. You said that Mueller and Comey were friends, that’s just not true. Trump was told this. He didn’t want him out because of conflicts of interest. There were no legal grounds to get rid of Mueller. That’s why everyone refused to follow Trump’s corrupt orders.
Mueller didn’t prosecute Trump because he couldn’t prosecute Trump. That’s a fact.
The case against Flynn is definitely not on the verge of being thrown out.
