Look at the cities over here that have relaxed the laws on arrests, it has emboldened the criminals and crimes have increased.

Per President Bolsonaro: "Everybody has to buy a rifle," and "The armed will never be enslaved." When campaigning, on his office door was the sign: "If guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns." He obviously won on his campaign. As a side note, it's interesting that the majority of murders via guns in Brazil, comes out of the black communities and drug related.

He made it easier to own guns...the gun murder rate in Brazil has gone down...
