I have, and it would never work here because of this document we call the United States Constitution.

They literally separated families, and locked everyone in their homes for weeks. Not even allowing "citizens" who had pets to go outside so they could go to the bathroom.
As one resident said, you had to teach your pet to go to the bathroom in certain places in your home.
