Even after the 135 day deadline for implementation, Trump continued to withdraw more troop until his breakdown in Nov. when he ordered all troops from everywhere be withdrawn. Okay just Germany, Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia....and he change his order in Afghanistan to leave a small force of 2500.
