If Obama has so obviously exceeded his authority, why has the GOP in congress made such piss poor progress with their argument in the courts? Why have two of the lawyers they've hired for the task of pursuing that law suit quit?

If the claim had merits, the charges would stick in a court of law. But republican allegations are laughed out of the courts. Which is why they're retreating to impeachment. Or at least gutless, pissant talk about impeachment. The thought of actually impeaching the president sends them into fits of moral incontinence.

The Supreme Court has said Obama overstepped his authority only once. Get your facts straight.

McCullen v Coakley, for example, had nothing to do with overstepping his authority, but is cited as one of the "13 times".

Obama's "recess appointments" to the NRLB was the only case in which the Supreme Court said he overstepped his authority.

He is the President and has enumerated powers under our Constitution. In 2016, you will have the oppertunity to elect a President more to your liking. Even if they did, there's nothing unconstitutional about that any more than when Bush did it.

The Constitution is VERY CLEAR as to what the president may do with an EO. He may NOT arbitrate which laws he will enforce and those he will not. He can also not MAKE law....only SIGN laws into effect. This piece of crap has no ability to work with Congress or anybody who doesn't sit and look at him with adoration. He's little more than an aging movie actress past her prime, smiling at her remaining fans, and working like a witch behind the scenes to get even with those who've left her behind.
