No, most people around the world don't recognize zygote to be the same as a child about to be born, which is exactly why almost no developed countries restrict access to early term abortions.

Margaret Sanger.

Sanger opposed legalized abortion. Mostly because in 1920, before they invented antibiotics, abortion was still a pretty dangerous proposition (but women still had them.)

What Sanger promoted was legalized contraception, which today isn't even a controversial issue. Everyone agrees people should have access to contraception except the nuttiest religious types.
