If you want a better America, stop the hate

I’ve always been known as a kind person and don’t have much to change in those regards, but there is always room for improvement.

"We?" I don't see a lot of hate irl. Don't judge everyone by this message board.

how about if we judge based on the media? CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, NY times, DC Post, etc. The hate is coming mostly from them
It's not coming from the majors or the NYT; they publish the facts and offer opinions as is everyone's right. So turn off the tv and go to your local diner for a cuppa. It's a real world out there.
Shall i post all the fake bullshit NYT post?
Don't bother. Considering you wouldn't even read an article on gun culture this morning because it concluded it is a gun problem, I don't really have a great deal of interest in what you consider "fake news." Live in a bubble, think like a rube.
LOL They got caught twice in a week OL. Trumps nashville rally and what was the other...oh yea.. the pics of children in cages :D
But live in your bubble, if you like.
BTW, that dumbass you posted wants to restrict illegal guns. Thats why i didnt read the whole thing. Stop posting stuff written by complete morons
David Kyle Johnson, Ph.D., is an associate professor of philosophy at King’s College in Pennsylvania. Anyway, even if it hurts, I'll read the truth.

The reason there is such volatile disagreement is that we as a society are polarly opposite as to what we think America should be. The one that the Constitution says we should be, or the European, Socialist model with the emphasis on importing refugees and their needs, over existing citizens.

Our Education system K through University, the Media, Government, Corporate America, the Democrats, and some Republicans want the European model. Government loves to grow. That is its real purpose.

This place in a nutshell:

Yesterday:

Blind partisan 1: Your side hates more!

Blind partisan 2: No, your side hates more!

Today:

Blind partisan 1: Your side hates more!

Blind partisan 2: No, your side hates more!

Tomorrow:

Blind partisan 1: Your side hates more!

Blind partisan 2: No, your side hates more!

Hatred is really at the root of most of our problems. We can't really even talk anymore without hating upon one another. Has it ever occurred to anyone, for instance, that our hateful society is breeding the kids that go on shooting sprees? I posit that America's biggest problem is its hateful people.

Honest talk is not what many, perhaps even most people do.

"Hate", then simply becomes the synonym for not buying their bullshit verbiage.

In which case, hate is the answer. At least if this leftist definition of hate is used...

Yes indeed....Thank you Obama.

There's that culture thing again, as you and I are discussing on another thread.

It's at the heart of everything, because it creates a macro environment within which everything happens.

If things weren't as they are, I'd tell you that you're on to something and have a good point, maybe even throw in a little applause.

… but since I hate you, I won't.

This is a red letter day. I agree with you. In real life there’s not a lot of actual hatred. I’ve even worn my MAGA hat numerous times and no one ever berated me. Blacks, whites, hispanics all go about our normal lives not judging others by skin color, not oppressing anyone, not raping or shooting anyone.

When the Left says they want to "have a conversation", or want reasonable, common sense solutions, they are not being honest. The Left only wants capitulation, and adoption of their rules, and policies.

The dishonesty of the Left, and the obstinance of the Right is causing the hate. The Right has become tired of the Progressive steam roller. They now realize what the Left really wants, and it is not America.

Conversation = Verbal onslaught being brought on to you unless you give in.

There is no conversation with these people, it's not what they do. They have nothing to gain from a conversation, but plenty to gain from shaming etc. Don't be silly...

I disagree. The president's daughter being called a kunt on national TV is a first. We're going in the wrong direction.
