The point of altering business records Was so that trump could claim that the money he was Repaying to CO and forward the original Was part of a Separate deal. I never implied Trump was guilty of the underlying crime. Cohen is guilty of the underlying crime. Under Section 175.10 the theory will be that Trump was part of the money launderig scheme to aid and conceal Cohen's crime through the falsification of New York business records.
