They want an end to public education and as is always true with something conservatives want to destroy, they are making teachers lives so difficult, and the schools so bad, that the public will vote for the private alternative.

This is why you have the worst healthcare system in the first world, and also the most expensive. Your education system is already the most expensive. Now they just have to finish destroying it with under funding, poor wages for teachers, and these scurrilous attacks that the schools are "grooming" children, or teaching white children to hate themselves.

My grandchildren - ages 5 and 7, came home from school on National Reconcilliation Day, after learning about the deaths of the children in the Residential Schools. They felt no shame at being white. But they did feel tremendous empathy and understanding for the children and their families.

Republicans want to end public education or at least use it to control and indoctrinate children. Just look at Ron DeSantis. Make sure your daughter tells him when she has her period.
