So the TRUMP-APPOINTED JUDGE his lawyers are trying to sway doesn’t understand what the fuck his lawyers are trying to do, or why they went to her and not the judge who is magistrate for the case. So she sent him/them a letter that essentially says “hey what the fuck, bro”.

WELL GEE WHIZ

DOES THAT RING A FUCKIN’ BELL FOLKS

DOES THAT SEEM A LITTLE FUCKIN’ FAMILIAR TO YOU

Where does that say it's legal for an ex-president to break the law by maintaining possession of classified and top secret documents?

Sandy Berger had illegally taken possession of classified material; for which, he was convicted.

If it's shown that Trump had illegally taken possession of classified material, do you agree he too should be convicted?

He was charged with a misdemeanor.
If Trump is found guilty would you be okay with a misdemeanor charge.

Thats what they charged Berger with.
Why the double standard?

There's no double standard. At the time Berger was convicted, that crime was a misdemeanor. But now it's a felony. So if it can be proven Trump broke the law, I'm in favor of him being charged with a felony.

Why are you not ok with that?

yes and given that we know that 1) items were declassified 2) trumps lawyers were working to return whatever NA wanted 3) the clinton/obama standard 4) the proximity to Nov 5) the horrible job the dems and xiden have done the past 2 years 6) the fact they took attorney client privilege material

it’s clear this is a stalinist raid

Sadly, it appears you're lying again. It appears that Trump's lawyers were not working to return all classified material. They said they had already returned all of the classified material; but according to the FBI, turned out there was more.

Who knows what you mean by the "Clinton/Obama standard?" I don't know about Clinton but I do know that Obama returned all presidential records to the NARA's satisfaction.

haha of course they weee…they returns 15 boxes, and literally had them all there to review whatever they wanted in june

no obama didn’t, clinton hide thousands for years, and he was aware.

clinton’s husband also didn’t comply

but a violation of the PRA isn’t a crime…and doesn’t justify a raid

Yes, Obama did. No matter how much you lie, you can't lie your way out of this one...

In a statement Friday, the National Archives disputed Mr. Trump’s claim, saying they assumed legal and physical custody of Mr. Obama’s records in compliance with the Presidential Records Act. The 1978 law requires presidents and their staff to turn over all documents, including confidential materials, to the National Archives at the end of their presidency.
“NARA moved approximately 30 million pages of unclassified records to a NARA facility in the Chicago area where they are maintained exclusively by NARA,” the agency said in a statement.
“Additionally, NARA maintains the classified Obama Presidential records in a NARA facility in the Washington, DC, area. As required by the PRA, former President Obama has no control over where and how NARA stores the Presidential records of his Administration,” the statement continued.

And it's not a violation of the PRA. It's a potential violation of Trump being illegally in possession of classified materials.

i’m not talking about that

i’m talking about the thousands he and his SOS tried. to hide, even years after she left office

They found 700+ pages of classified documents in Benjamin Trump's possession. Documents that more then likely he was going to peddle for cash because he's a fucking traitor. Think he was going to read up on that stuff?
Trump can wipe his big ass with that passport. Once he's indicted for espionage, obstruction of justice etc., the judge will revoke it anyway.
Then you Trump ass lickers will claim that espionage is only a "process crime".
The secret service has operational control of MAL, duh.
Were you so concerned when Bill Clinton sold the US nuclear secrets?
Or when Hillary's bathroom server with top secret documents was hacked by the Russians?

Simple,because berger wasn't charged with a felony.
Do you happen to have a link pertaining to the law change?

The LAW says that the president decides what is his, not the government.
"At the time, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington D.C. rejected the lawsuit, finding there was no allowance in the Presidential Records Act that would allow officials to force the Archives to grab the records from Clinton.
The ruling also determined that “a president’s discretion on what are personal vs. official records is far-reaching and solely his, as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will,” the report explained."
