It's NOT Butthurt!

Better to do that than to vote for a man that lusts for his own daughter, "the donald"
But you teabaggers like to hide your lusts and shame others

More advice from fake republicans. What's going to happen if Sanders beats Hillary? I expect the entire democrat establishment will convert to socialism just to show solidarity.
Another lie from a dumb liberal.

Hey, you! The one with your head up your ass....try a little research.
Dare you!

No, the deal was, amnesty was going to be done one time and we'd secure the border so no one else came in. That's the only reason he agreed to the amnesty. So we signed the bill he wanted and gave out the amnesty, then in the next session of Congress, promptly defunded the border security measures and never looked back. This is precisely why the right is so adamant about getting border security FIRST.... before ANY discussion about amnesty.

GUy, the sad thing is, you really believe this. Reagan agreed to amnesty because it's what the big corporations wanted. You see, this is where you guys are kind of stupid. You think they do things like this by "accident".

More advice from fake republicans. What's going to happen if Sanders beats Hillary? I expect the entire democrat establishment will convert to socialism just to show solidarity.

Sanders isn't going to beat Hillary. First, because they select their delegates proportionately, so you can't get ahead by winning a few contests.

Sanders could win every contest from now to the convention, and Hillary will still be the nominee.

Proving once again that you're an idiot who doesn't understand Conservatism.

I understand it well. The first problem is to stop calling it "conservatism". Conservatism means you want to maintain the status quo.

What you guys are is a form of populist reactionaries. You pine for a past America where white people were on top, women were in the kitchen, Christians could impose their largely Protestant views on the rest of us and the homos were in the close.

The thing is, the reason why America was great was not because of these things. The reason why it was great was because Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, Ike, JFK and LBJ put the interests of working people above those of the rich, and everyone benefited - even the rich.

But that was never good enough for the rich. So they got clever. They convinced you that welfare queen wanted half of your cookie.

You didn't answer my question.... What IF Cruz had somehow won the nomination? The next day, imagine me here telling you that I don't need to win your vote and Cruz doesn't need to kiss your ass and you can just be butthurt and stay home? Would you be more likely to vote for Cruz or stay at home?
Well I sure wouldn't be stupid enough to stay home because you said something I didn't like. BTW, I wouldn't have said anything negative to you in the first place if you hadn't started in with the personal attacks against ME before Cruz dropped out. You asked for it.
This is important because, you see, what I would be doing if things were the other way around, would be totally different. I would be making an attempt to heal the wounds of the primary campaigns and bring you over to our side. I would be making a case to you as to why Cruz is the guy you should support and it wouldn't simply be because he's not Hillary Clinton.
If it had been the other way around, you wouldn't HAVE to heal any wounds. That's childish of you. I would have supported Cruz if he had won and I sure as shit wouldn't let YOU make me stay home because you pissed me off. That's also childish. I have never voted or not voted for somebody based on what one of his supporters may have said. You got your feelings hurt and now you're whining and having a fucking tantrum. That's YOUR problem, not mine. If you want to stay home on election day to teach me a lesson, go ahead. It only shows how fucking stupid you are.

I don't believe a word you're saying, I think you're lying through your teeth. You would not have supported Cruz had he won a brokered convention, You would be whining incessantly about how Trump got cheated. IF I came here and said you were "butthurt" and needed to get over it and stop being childish... you wouldn't like that. I know you, SJ.... I know how you are. IF I kept on insisting you were whining and having a tantrum, you would have stayed home and not voted for Ted Cruz and you know it. Especially if Ted Cruz said "fuck off Trumpsters... I don't need you!"

Now you can pretend... live in some fantasy world where you wouldn't have reacted that way... I can't prove you're wrong on a message board. But I think anyone here who knows you, realizes you are flat out lying.

You're not gonna win this election... you and Trump aren't smart enough to win the damn election. You can't even secure the support of 58% of your own party because of your ego. Simple as that... nothing more complicated... if you and Trump could put down the nasty vitriolic rhetoric against Conservatives, you could bury Hillary and the Dems.... but you're not that smart. You're dumb people with big egos.
The proverbial Apples and Oranges. Winning fair and square is one thing, winning via some fucked up "rules" that robs the man/woman with the most votes is a whole other.

If Cruz won in the way Trump won (fair and square), you would not see a bunch of butt hurt Trump supporters carrying on with #nevercruz or tearfully saying "we're going to stay home". Thats just sheer fucking stupidity and whats laughable is these people saying they are conservatives

By the way if Cruz was leading like Trump was and it went to a brokered convention and Trump won. I would not blame anyone for refusing to vote for him. Hell I'd totally understand the #nevertrump movement or conservatives refusing to vote for him. It's total fucking bullshit no matter who it benefits.

Are you saying you are more "comfortable" with a guarantee of Obama 2.0, plus the Clinton corruption as a bonus rather than elect a true political outsider? I'll say it again, a President ultimately governs by who he is and not by what he knows. Apply that to President Hillary and that should scare the living shit out of every American.

I don't have any problems with a political outsider. I don't have a problem with it being Donald Trump. I don't have a problem with his brash and bombastic style... I supported many of his ideas and plans when he was campaigning for the GOP nomination. I would genuinely LIKE to be able to vote for him come November.

But you are 100% NOT going to get my vote by calling me names, telling me to fuck off and that my conservative viewpoint doesn't matter. It's not going to ever be MY fault if Hillary wins... you can certainly blame that on me, no doubt that's what will happen if Trump fails.... but if Trump loses he loses because he didn't go after the conservative base of the GOP. He failed to bring aboard the 58% in the party who didn't vote for him. His arrogant supporters simply ignored the warnings and went head-long into a campaign they could never win.

Boss, you don't seem to get it. Trump has gone after the conservative base and has won it. What does the guy have to do to make you see the light. He is tackling today's problems head on. If you can't see how different he is than Hillary then you will never see it. He isn't conservative, he is a loudmouth moderate who will take on many of the problems in our bloated government. How do you think he is going to solve our budget problem? Let me give you a clue. Like a businessman would. Cut the fat from the payroll. The alphabet soup of government agencies will finally shrink.

If that isn't going to make your conservative Willy wet then nothing will. He's not going to blow you so make a decision and stop mind fucking yourself out of an opportunity to preserve the constitution.

That's because there would be no question as to whether Cruz would govern from the right or left. That's a concern for many who are not supporting Trump.

Agreed. If Trump ends up with the most votes, and he will, then he should be the nom. The GOP would be foolhardy to pull that out from under him and the people.

Not according to Trump. He claims to be a conservative. Others do as well. If he is, it's a recent conversion that coincides with his decision to run for potus. This presents trust issues for some, his sudden conservatism smells phony. Makes one wonder will he zig or zag once elected. His track record has been liberal and some see a choice between him and clinton and six of one, half a dozen of another.

Trump will govern from the right, left, middle, upper, lower, diagonal, and perpendicular. We're fools to believe any one party and/or ideology has all the answers.

He won't fuck with the Constitution and that's a huge one for me.

To be honest I'm over the #nevertrumpers and "conservatives" who don't want to vote for him. The GE is coming up and its time to discuss more important things like beating Clinton. This is a really really really important election and a lot is at stake. I think its really time for both the #nevertrumpers and cons that won't vote for him to move on.

Nah we're not moving on we're going to be over here, watching. If Trump gets in and does what he says, we'll applaud that and admit we misjudged him. If he really changes things for the better he'll win our votes for 2020. :)

The thing is, CK, you are really reading a lot of things into Trump that he hasn't said.

Trump has made it pretty clear he's an authoritarian. Authoritarians don't respect constitutions.

If the country has a collective brain fart and elects him, he'll probably get impeached in a year.

He won't fuck with the Constitution and that's a huge one for me.

Hahaha

Here's a question for you to puzzle over. Can you name the single most unconstitutional thing Donald Trump has proposed or endorsed so far in the 2016 presidential race?

Not an easy question to answer, is it? Do you start with Trump's efforts to suppress immigration by gutting the 14th Amendment? Or do you perhaps point to Trump's long war on the Fifth Amendment and its protections for property rights, as exemplified by Trump's embrace of boundless eminent domain powers for the government and Trump's own shameful record of seeking to personally profit when government officials seize homes and businesses and then hand the bulldozed land over to crony capitalist real estate developers?

Either of the above could serve as an answer to my opening question. But when it comes to Trump's unconstitutional agenda, there are plenty of other noxious options to choose from. ...

The proverbial Apples and Oranges. Winning fair and square is one thing, winning via some fucked up "rules" that robs the man/woman with the most votes is a whole other.

So Gore should have been President then?

Elections aren't decided by who has the most votes. Elections are decided by the vote within the rules set forth before the vote. That's how American democracy works.

We do not decide the Presidency by which candidate has the most votes. Nor do we decide the representation in Congress by who has the most votes. A party can win the Presidency, the Congress and the Senate all by having less votes nationally than the other party. Those are the rules set forth before the election.

The rules of the Republican Party are the candidates at the convention decide the nominee. The states decide who gets to be the delegates and how they will vote. That's how it works. Always has.

if you candidate doesn't understand the rules, that's a problem with your candidate.

You might want to think about how prepared your candidate would be as President if he isn't prepared enough to know the basic rules of the nomination.

Agree. I still do the think trump will beat Hillary. He still can't do anything but say the same old shit day in and day out. He is also snuggling up close to those Goldman Sachs guys who were supposed to be so bad. That's not very encouraging either. At this point I plan on writing a candidate in in November. I will have to wait and see how he does in a debate with Hillary without the moderators spoon feeding him his answers. Until then, I work and listen.
Why don't you just vote for Hillary?

Actually, it sounds like you're misinterpreting the 14th Amendment. It was intended to be used to protect the children of slaves. Instead, Democrats are abusing it by claiming it supports same-sex marriage and abortion along with illegals who have children inside our borders. What we need is an Amendment to undo the damage that Democrats have done with respect to the 14th Amendment.

I think we need an Amendment that says we have to send all DREAM kids to wherever Toro lives. Let him take care of them.

Typical. The buyers remorse is already setting in among the Trump camp. Already he is becoming "the establishment" by bring yet another failed presidential candidate on his team. It's funny, y'all go on and on about Killing the establishment, but day by day your guy is showing he is the establishment. November is a long way off. Don't know who I'll vote for, but so far it's looking like a write in. Now go watch Fox. Lots of Trump eye candy for ya.
